do they ever put out the numbers for PS Now? For a service that gets little to no advertisement I'm quite curious to see how it's doing, when I Google it I never seem to get an up to date answer.

@Beefy01 I was in a similar situation when I sold my 360, I was only playing COD and Mass Effect when that was announced for PS3 I sold the Xbox the weekend after

@KayOL77 I recently rebought a PS3 so I could Replay Dead Space, my friend told me to pick up an Xbox Series console because there backwards compatible with 360 games, he couldn't get his head round why I didn't want to pay £250 (minimum) when the PS3 I got was £60

@KayOL77 he tried to compare Microsoft buying Bethesda to Sony buying Insomniac which I found pretty funny tbh

a guy ive known from way back on a forum put a tweet out saying he wants Microsoft to sue Sony because its anti consumer I said, tongue firmly in cheek, you mean like buying a set of studios and making all there games exclusive despite them being on multiple platforms for the last 20 years. You'd think I'd pushed his mum down the stairs with his reaction.

I voted no, but thats not because I don't want to play it again I just don't think Sony need to be remaking games that are playable on the most current system

I don't think there losing ground but a few things that have come out since the PS5's launch seem pretty boneheaded.

If they keep making stellar games for PS5 like l they did for PS4 they'll stay in a good position.

I really hope this isn't true, id much rather see a PS5 patch for the PS4 version than Sony remaking games you can play on the newest system anyway.

They could still repackage TLOU & TLOU2 when the show releases as a double pack if they wanna get a few quick sales.

@tartanross I never mentioned Outriders so I don't know why its been mentioned, I was just saying that any "big" game that appears on Gamepass gets attention from every corner of the gaming media where as games added to PS Now rarely get a look in outside of console specific sites.

you know if Avengers was on Gamepass it would be front page news on a lot of news sites it'll probably be ignored that it's on Now

MLB isn't really a tentpole game is it? People are talking about it like its The Last Of Us or God Of War. That said I do think it's kind of insane that Sony (or Jim Ryan more precisely) would knock gamepass then stick a game on it day and date.

why would you feel sorry for them when there the ones putting them in and charging for them?
If it was Marvel insisting on it wouldn't they be doing the same for SM & Miles?

it would depend on the game but there are some across all 3 generations id happily buy again

@nessisonett I was going to say the same, any game that is over 2 years old should be part of the PS Now service permanently help it be Sony's game pass. I got a month to play Little Nightmares (which has since gone on sale ffs) and there's been a few games I've played since then as well, there not all winners but there's a great selection of downloadable games on there.

Don't think I've ever seen anyone describe DOOM3 as a classic

pretty happy Superhot has been added, I picked up a month so I could play a few things (Little Nightmares, Detroit, MediEvil) so I'll definitely be giving that a try as well

I was hoping to see something on Horizon Forbidden West maybe a release date in the least but I guess that'll get the solo SoP treatment.

Kena and Soulstorm both look great really, would be neat if they put that photomode in the PS4 version of FFVII.

said it at the time it was announced that anything they make once MS own them should stay there. I'd also be only really upset to see DOOM leave Playstation so that's probably the reason I'm not to fussed if it all goes to Xbox.

@elvisfan1 I hated the first YL, one of the few games I dropped on PS4, but its great to see there giving smaller devs a boost

no but ill get one down the line, im not up for being awake at 3am to try order a console that right now has no games that im desperate to play. its nice that it runs PS4 games better but its not a reason to upgrade for me personally, I really need something thats only on PS5 before I jump in.
