To be 3 million behind where PS4 was in a time when you can't make as many machines as you want because of shortages to components the sales so far are pretty impressive.

It doesn't really impact me tbh, not really a multiplayer guy and GaaS do nothing for me either. As long as the SP side of Sony's studios is left alone I'm happy.

@nessisonett I've seen it mentioned that's the reason Netherrealm have pressed ahead with planning for MK12 rather than Injustice 3 with the uncertainty around the studio.

Don't the majority of people believe that as well?? I don't think it was a desperation move but on paper it looks like they've paid way to much.

Wonder if they'll have the balls to try and take a big one off the table? I don't really wanna see them take established IP and make them Playstation exclusive but I want someone to take Konami's library and actually use it.

How is this just coming now? Xbox has been able to do that for ages which is weird as photo mode doesn't seem to be as big a thing on there as it does on Playstation.

@Alan_cartridge_ PS5 exclusives only cost £70 if you've gone digital only, a simple Google search brings up physical copies of new releases for £60

Nah still not worth it, even with it being a part of Gamepass I've only downloaded 2 of there games - Dead Space 1& 2 - there's just not a lot of pull with EA for me.

Much like the Bethesda deal theres only one game I'll miss and there's no guarantee that there'll ever be another Crash Game.

I've always stood by UC2 as the best but the more I played 4 it's taken top spot.

Finished GTA3 Definite Edition (via PSNow), if thats what Rockstar think is definitive I'd hate to see a bog standard remaster from them.

New Super Lucky's Tale, started it for some MS Rewards points and I'm actually enjoying it. Cutesy platformers are something that Xbox could really use more of.

The Artful Escape, not far into it pretty basic side scroller but it's great being able to wail on a guitar while working through a level.

I'm playing it now on Xbox and it's a telling a neat story, the ability to just slam on a guitar constantly is great but it's a very basic platformer

My current PSNow sub to be continued of its out before October.

@RevGaming PS5 & it'll be my main machine as Playstation has always been, I wouldn't have got a XSX it was always gonna be Series S because its gonna be an exclusive console. I wasn't in the market for an Xbox and I was pretty shocked when it arrived as a gift with my phone upgrade, unlike the PS5 I didn't own an Xbox One so its given me the chance to catch up on the few games I've missed out on.

@RevGaming yeah I got a series s when I upgraded my phone if that hadn't been the case I wouldn't have it. And my point still stands I wouldn't buy a console when I own one that can already play the games I want.

@RevGaming it's not enough for me personally of it makes you want one thats great but I'm not for paying to play games I can already play. Im not really that fussed about Suicide Squad, rather play Gotham Knights, but if I'm desperate to play it I could do that on my Series S.

@kingbreww you'll be having a smoother, better looking & quicker loading experience none of which bother me all that much, the story & gameplay isn't changing between in the two wanna play and that's what matters. I don't see spending £450 to play games I can already play worth it but each there to their own like you say.

@kingbreww given that the 3 big games from Sony are all cross platform I'd say 2023 (& Spider-Man 2) will be the year to pick up a PS5 personally.

I loved Back In The Groove, got it day one and still play now my daughter has become a big fan of it not the game I expected her to get into but it's great watching her play a game that I grew up on.

I'm a Sonic mark so I'm really excited to see the second film, the first wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting, I think the poster looks great as well. Nice seeing an almost Buzz Bomber. Hopefully the game shown is Mania 2.
