Ps plus has nothing for serious gamers. Anything big they release is quite old by the time they do and if you’re into that type of game you’ve played it years ago. The best they can offer is games you passed on cos they weren’t worth the money but MIGHT be ok. They aren’t though

And with no new AAA games coming to any of the tiers and me having played anything of note released on ps5 already the only thing I could be less interested in is parliament question time or netball. Or anime. Or JRPG games. Or online multiplayer. Lol I guess there’s a lot but either way it’s a pass from me

@KilloWertz yes it can definitely be a piece of excrement at times. Not letting your purchase games on one format of the PS store and having to go to the same PlayStation store on another format(ie mobile device) to make the purchase

I played the slightly upgraded version of this years ago on my ps4. It’s alright but it’s ***** by todays standards. Some things should be left in the past

@naarmi @SystemAddict you can upgrade it free if you have the disc version using your console on the PS store. The trick is you gotta have the disc in your console to do it. If you don’t have the disc inserted it will only have the option to play it via their subscription service

Like all these games they were great for the time but extremely poor by todays standards and will be played for 5 minutes to half an hour and forgot about again

Absolutely love Elder scrolls anything but this stuff is watered down garbage. Unplayable

With so much multiplayer and remakes/remasters this is the new norm. No new Sony 1st party games (or any 3rd party high end AAA games for that matter), get used to it. And the ones that are on the way expect to be few and far between rather than coming regularly like they used to. Over a year and a half since this new gen launched and we’re already behind with the number of quality AAA releases

I mean, I love my PlayStation and I always get one on launch day and upgraded to the pro on launch day and will do the same this time as well, but spending like $300 AUD on a pro controller that does practically nothing extra the one you get with it does has never appealed to me

Literally just finished (109 hours play time) Cyberpunk 2077 on Ps5. It took CDPR way longer than it should have but they ended up making an epic game. Going to start Disco Elysium next after I have a rest and watch the UFC PPV👌

Played it on PS3 and Ps4. That’s enough of playing the same game for me. I won’t support this game at all for any price and I encourage anyone who doesn’t want a super saturation of remakes to do the same

I mean, it’s cool and all but I already played it when it was new so I have no interest in playing it again. Even if it was free. I don’t spend my time replaying old experiences I spend it searching for new ones

Announcements and shows used to be about big things, that was the point of having them. Now we’re being told to forget that and what we’re going to get is mostly lower quality stuff and fewer decent releases and fewer still big releases. That’s modern gaming for ya. AAA high quality releases are becoming fewer and fewer. That’s what happens when you focus on recycling games and cash grabs like mobile games and online gaming because people support them like it’s not going to cause a flood in the market of decreasing quality

Looks like we’re about to be bombarded by retro remasters to add to the poop soup of remakes and regular remasters and quick and easy to make online games were being subjected to. I remember when gaming was completely about looking forward to advance the quality of games, that’s how we got to where we are so quickly. Don’t expect as much going forward these days cos this is the natural progression when you open that door and people support it like it’s ok. Everything’s gets another go and before you know it the amount of new games of really high quality are fewer and fewer

The only thing more toxic than this games influence on gaming is it’s fan base
