One can never seem to go anywhere on the internet without seeing someone make either a racial or politically incorrect comment on an article. -_-; Anyway, considering all the bad decisions SE's been making lately (ie, Thief) I'm not surprised that Sony's bailing on them. Of course, if this means that Microsoft's going to try to lock in SE for exclusives, that could mean that the next FF and KH would be Xbox One exclusives...but MS is still having trouble moving XBOs, and SE's notoriety for releasing one bad game after another, they might both end up in the gutter.

Until I find out whether or not Pure Chess has cross-platform play with mobile and Nintendo platforms, I'm gonna pass on it.

@Kawaiipikachu ...You DO realize that Harmonix were the original developers of the Guitar Hero franchise that was then stolen from them by Activision and turned into the God-awful monstrosity it became? Even its last iterations were a sad attempt at parodying RB's flawless mechanics. Damned microphones couldn't even catch the correct pitch for singers no matter how hard they tried. Don't get me started on those drums either.

Isn't this going to be on PlayStation Now? If it is, odds are I won't bother. I'd much rather Sony come up with a firmware update that does software emulation of PS3 games. My X/X-2 Collection's just collecting dust right now.

I don't know...I mean, the Wii U maintains backwards compatibility with ALL of the accessories AND games from last gen. I'm still using my old Beatles guitar for RB3 and TB:RB. Plus, ALL of my DLC purchases transferred over. I played this a lot on the PS3 as well, but when I found out my purchases and accessories were incompatible I decided to give all of my instruments - save for the microphone - to my nephews. Now they're jamming it out with my old Pro Drums and Guitar...I should have invested into the Wii's peripherals if I knew this would happen. -Sigh- Oh well.

I don't like to gloat...It's tacky. However, I can't help but feel smug about the PS4 rubbing out the XBO again.

I've been trying to login on that game since the JP PS4 store launched from my US PS4 to no avail.

Gotta go with Garrus on this one. He's a one-man sniper team, holding his own against droves of mercenaries for weeks. Radec, on the other hand, was still taken down behind a plethora of Helghast soldiers.

In the meantime, XIV will keep me busy.

I'm surprised it took Sony this long to implement this. It should've been a no-brainer. The Vita has vast potential for its touchscreen controls and I have yet to find a game that takes full advantage of that other than Tearaway.

Kinda looks like the 3DS version of the new Smash Bros. Hopefully this'll handle as well as Killzone Mercenary.

This over saturation of horror games is going to grow old really quickly. Save horror for Halloween - when it's cold outside and everything's dying.

If this doesn't have cross-platform play among all Sony and Nintendo platforms, I'll probably pass this up. I'm still playing it on my Wii U anyway.

If the characters weren't so imbalanced and the stages weren't so easy to corner people in, this game would've been much more fun than frustrating. I'd rather Santa Monica and HAL Labs got together and made a Nintendo/Sony brawler that'll keep the fanboys and fangirls busy instead of trolling online all the time.

Kinda pigeonholing people into the next generation, same way EA's pushing Titanfall back constantly.

@Shaolin Oh God...don't remind me of that movie. It was gut-wrenching when the two call girls were cornered by that squad of soldiers - especially when they had the one they left alive bound to a chair, beaten, raped and then stabbed to death with a bayonet...Urgh...I will NEVER forget that sight.

Hrm...the naval exploration was rather excessive in BF. The amount of land compared to water was absurdly one-sided and the amount of restricted areas and brigs I encountered were obscene. Oh well.

Who gives a damn about the graphics? I'm just hoping for a new Ubisoft IP that has a better narrative than what AC has become.

Much as I love my PS4, the lack of first-party titles has disappointed me. I found myself playing Warframe the most ever since I got it. That, plus the lack of software-based emulation of PS3 games and being able to use the music on my Walkman instead of Music Unlimited is kind of lame. Either way, I will be MIRED in my PS4 once Planetside 2 is released. Oh, and Final Fantasy XIV as well!

I don't mean to be a stickler, I mean Hell, I have a PS4 myself, but wasn't this feature promised to us when they released the list last year?

This makes me wonder if there's a possibility of an inFamous/Zelda cross-over. It'd probably go along the likes of Project X Zone, ha ha ha.

@KillTheG1mp ...Uh...50% of $20 is $10 and that would be a 50% increase in price when comparing the PS3 to the PS4 version.

ie, 20 (PS3 version) x 1.5 (100% of PS3 price + 50%) = 30 (PS4 version)

I was hoping for software-based emulation of PS3 games...If Nintendo did one thing right, it was keeping complete backwards compatibility with games and accessories. Though, being able to play my own music from my Walkman would be a MUCH preferable alternative to using Music Unlimited. -Sigh- Maybe in 2.0...

Oh boy...if they don't play this right, Sony might end up getting just as much flak as Nintendo did with the Wii U gamepad. Some people are content with the tried and true gamepad setup that's been in place for years, but some of us want to try something new. Luckily for both Nintendo and Sony, I'm a progressive thinker and welcome both innovations to the industry so long as they're extensively and creatively implemented. That's all it takes to really make the new technology worthwhile.

Hmm...maybe the new fixes will merit another attempt at multiplayer for me. Last time I tried I kept getting matched up with people leagues above me. That, and there were stationary running men everywhere.

Hmm...interesting. I wonder if kids will still be badgering their parents to buy this, and if so, how much craftier they can be with their lies. Last time I went to GameStop, an 8 year old kid tried to convince his mom to get Mafia II for him and told her that the 360 could actively censor out the controversial material...

Eh...XBO has Titanfall now, but once Planetside 2 comes to the PS4...

The Vita still has a weak install base when compared to the Wii U worldwide, so proclaiming that it's superior to it in any way is a stretch. Not that I hate it, or anything, I mean Hell I owned both the Vita AND the 3DS and I used them both for my various needs, not just as a gamer, but a social creature as well.

The Vita had vastly superior social networking capabilities while the 3DS had better games. The latter still does, actually. The only game I found worth playing on the Vita was Ragnarok Odyssey - maybe Time Travelers if I knew how to read and speak Japanese. Resistance: Falling Skies and Unit 13 wasn't bad, though. Implementing the second joystick was a major upgrade to the hardware, whereas it was secondary for the 3DS.

The point is that all systems have their perks and people will have their own preferences. I expected better, more civil conversations and debates from both Sony and Nintendo fans, but I see them degrading into the Xbot degenerate cesspool of ignorance. It scares the Hell out of me, to be honest.
