@Zeroo From my list alone from September onwards: Metal Eden, Cronos: The New Dawn, Hirogami, Silent Hill f, Sonic Racing Crosswords, Dreams of Another, Little Nightmares III, Once Upon a Katamari.

For the record, a game isn't worth glossing over because it's not a 10/10. 7s and especially 8s are still worth if they interest you.

And for me Silent Hill f is definitely a must play.

This year is packed, so this is a relief.

It's amazing that it's going as well as it is, for a company that's built up any good will and loyalty is has primarily from single player games with no live service elements.

I must be out of the loop because I didn't realise this got delayed. It looks cool, but it's coming out at a completely stacked time for me. We got Sword of the Sea, Lost Soul Aside, Hirogami, and Cronos: The New Dawn all coming out within 2 weeks either side of it. There are way too many games coming out all at once, and it's a severe first world problem.

I'm cautiously optimistic (because Konami) but 5 years ago I wouldn't have believed this was happening. I'm rarely this hyped for a game, this seems so promising.

@Flaming_Kaiser The only reason I got Black Ops 6, is because friends got me to buy it. In fairness, it is pretty good for a social game, and that probably contributes to a lot of their sales. Still, I was very insistent on waiting until it was on sale. I have no plans to buy another anytime soon, because we are well past the point of newer games being as good as the old.

@MrPeanutbutterz Or I delete COD and refuse to buy the next one because they take up too much space, and I can use that space to install games that aren't from a scummy publisher.

Not to mention the scumbags require you to have 2 PS Plus accounts to play SPLITSCREEN. So yes they are incompetent for messing up things that were perfected years ago.

Pretty mad that they're porting games to Nintendo consoles, when Nintendo obviously won't do the same.

It sounds interesting and better in some ways, but I still have absolutely interest to play the game again.

Should finish Expedition 33 this weekend. On the fight with Renoir in the Monolith, the soundtrack is absolutely godly.

I love the first game and this one looks good, but there are ton of good games coming out around that time so I probably won't play it around launch time if I do get it.

I was lowkey hoping for something from Expedition 33, but they were good picks regardless. No idea who Serge was.

That final level was brutal, I died countless times trying to finish it.

@AhmadSumadi 3.3 million sales (minimum) isn't a small number. It's perfectly accurate to say Expedition 33 has a lot of discourse around it, and players love the characters. Yet there is only one game that I've seen how poorly it's characters were handled.

If we really want to go down this route, there are plenty more stories that feature major character deaths that audiences didn't have a problem with. Or we can agree TLOUII deserves the flak because of it's writing choices.

@MrPeanutbutterz Somewhat visually similar, but very different writing wise. So I don't understand the problem, especially with how the new character was introduced. Though I haven't yet finished the game, so maybe it turns out they are identical.

@RoomWithaMoose You're absolutely correct that this specific collaboration hasn't changed anything, it's just a fairly egregious example and a reminder of how far COD has drifted from what it was.

And I agree, sometimes you just have to move on. Granted some series can make a comeback like Resident Evil, but I found a lot pf solace when I accepted that we're never getting something like World At War again.

@RoomWithaMoose That's part of the issue, COD has been awful for this for ages now. The main reason why people particularly hate COD for it, is because it wasn't always like this. It used to have a slight amount of realism/immersion/grit to it, but that's completely gone now. That's why it's uncomfortable for fans of the older games to look at, because the series is what put the middle finger up to it's old audience.

I'm not even shocked that Everwild got cancelled, but it looked like a phenomenal game and it is soul crushing to see it dead. What an awful company.

Anyone know if the case comes with anything like a manual or leaflet? Sad that that's not standard anymore.

Collector's edition without the physical game is the most brainless thing I've seen from Sony. It's like they don't understand who gets collector's editions.

Why are people getting upset over this?

It is a very evident phenomenon that generally males are sexually attracted to female butts. I don't understand why people having an issue with someone trying to explain why.

I thought the first game was a slog, so I'm reluctant to try this one.

It looks great, but I'm not a fan of it already having DLC.

Happy it's coming in October as well, makes for a good Halloween game.

Is it much different to DS1, because while I like the look/aesthetics of this I found the first game to be an absolute slog.

@zhoont Me, the first 2 games are brilliant.

When playing initially, it is probably most disappointing game I have ever played in my life, and that probably encompasses other media like Films/series.

My opinion hasn't changed because their is no incentive for me to go back and try it again.

Silent Hill f hands down. Happy that we're getting a brand new Silent Hill game, even happier it genuinely looks really good.

Mad that this got announced 2 years ago, and we heard nothing. Still, looks like a really cool amalgamation of their previous games, happy it's releasing so soon.

@Oram77 The only issue I have with Team Asobi is that their new game can't come soon enough.

As soon as I heard those first few seconds of music, I knew this was coming. No problem though, I genuinely get more excited for anything new with Astro Bot, than most game announcements.

Looks creepy as hell, cannot wait for it. Very likely to play day one.

But my god the ending dragged, I've never seem such a bad way to end a show.

The Order 1886 is the epitome of loads of potential, but being underwhelming.

It's very refreshing to hear to good news like this, instead of studios getting shut down and people being laid off.
