What to say about Tarsier’s Reanimal?
Well, clearly it’s the spiritual successor to Little Nightmares, which the Swedish studio obviously created. This looks and feels similar, from the floaty physics through to the humongous spider-sheep monsters lurking in the background.
But boy is this trailer stressful! Like you can feel the tension coming off the screen. It might be fun to play this with a heart-rate monitor attached or something like that.

The game’s due out in early 2026, and is available to wishlist on the PS Store right now. Those of a nervous disposition may want to give it a miss, though.
Of course, if you have got the stomach for this unquestionably gritty affair, then you may be interested in its Collector’s Edition, which is available to pre-order now for $199.99.
As you’d expect considering the source material, it looks gnarly, and includes the following:
- The Game
- Season Pass and Pre-Order DLC
- Art Book
- Exclusive Box
- PVC Statue ‘Pig’
- PVC Mini Statue ‘Bucket’
- Stickers
- Keychain
- Map Poster
While the contents undeniably look cool, we have questions for the kind of people who are willing to put that pig on display.
