PS Plus Essential Games June 2026

The PS Plus Essential games for June 2026 have been announced early, as part of Sony's Days of Play 2026 campaign reveal.

As usual, three titles are up for grabs. Available to download from the 2nd June, they are as follows:

But that's not all. We've also been handed an early PS Plus Extra reveal, with Destiny 2: Legacy Collection spearheading June's update. We'll find out about the rest of the Extra and Premium lineup next month.

There's a clear multiplayer focus here, with all three of Essential's games being designed around playing with other people.

Grounded and Darktide are best enjoyed in co-op, while All-Star Brawl 2 is obviously a fighter.

Still, even if you're not into grouping up with others, these are three well-reviewed games. Darktide in particular remains an incredibly well-supported romp, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone with an itch for gritty action.

And Grounded, was, of course, a previous Xbox and PC exclusive from Obsidian. It's well worth checking out if crafting and building is more your thing.

Meanwhile, All-Star Brawl 2 may not be the most in-demand fighting game on the market, but it's still good fun to see recognisable characters smacking each other across colourful stages. One for the kids, perhaps.
