I feel like most games performance modes are really bad now this late in the generation unless you're on pro. Standard ps5 performance modes all have terrible resolution

They should do another bike game, but this time its a dirt bike and you're the head of a gang in a post apocalyptic mad max world and it has management/sim mechanics and you go around the map extorting and terrorizing towns

@Athrum ah okay. That makes sense and sounds interesting. Unfortunately I think the vagueness around the 30 day thing has done the game a disservice. I think a lot of people have it in their mind that there is some kind of kind count down happening as they are running around the world

@Can-You-Believe-Sith you're not really. The explanation of that mechanic has been poor. Certain quests move the time forward but its not an active clock. You can run around the whole map exploring and it wont move forward time. Unclear if the day/night cycle is tied to that

The game doesnt run nearly as bad as the internet would have you believe. Its perfectly playable in its current form

@Reeneman low overhead for their company and the game still continues to sell copies. Also the base price of the game has remained consistent over the years. They aren't selling it at a heavy discount often like a lot of games do after this long

@Queesh bro people are very aware of this. It's just that it doesnt matter. I've been buying digital since the launch of ps4 and you could wipe 90% of library and i would not care. I hardly ever go back to games I've played before

I mean we have seen already what happens in markets where console gaming is too expensive for most people, they just game on mobile devices. If hardware prices remain too high for too long, we could see the beginning of a gradual drift towards mobile gaming in western audiences

@Reeneman if you're playing on the base ps5, I'd strongly recommend the 30 fps over the performance mode if u can tolerate the lower frames. The visual difference in lighting and shadows is jarring and i find the performance mode ugly
