The first Spiderman on PS4 was incredible in terms of gameplay, graphics and had a perfectly smooth frame rate. This studio is really impressive.

And here I am playing Mass effect legendary edition, a game 2007 that runs like crap and is ugly compared to today's standards. There is even screen tear when you're in the citadel.

@Keyblade-Dan It was ok, but far from great. Jedi academy was way more fun back in the days. I was expecting a lot more when some critics said it was "uncharted in the star Wars universe". The exact same thing made by the guys who made uncharted would have been a trillion times better.

@get2sammyb I was just thinking of the worst way to implement ads in a game. Although they could make free versions of existing games. It happened a lot on mobile over the last decade. I just hope it won't be the main business model on console in the future.

I can imagine an ad powered Elden Ring:
"You don't have any stamina left, watch a 30 second video to refill your stamina"

I really appreciate when studios don't share their game too early. It can't do any good to show gameplay footage, or fake gameplay footage like CP2077. This way they can change it freely to make it almost perfect (my expectations aren't low)

Hopefully we'll get something much better than fallen order. Cancelling the EA exclusivity deal was the best thing that could happen to Star Wars.

@trev666 EA could force bioware to release it 3 months from now. They released pre-alpha versions of ANTHEM and ME Andromeda as "final versions".

Developers test their own game, so they should know if it's any fun to play.

I guess I was wrong when I said the game wouldn't be playable until 2077. Now all I need is a ps5 to play it....... So I guess it'll be a few years (I can't be bothered to look for stock 50 times a day on every single website)

That's the PS5 Lego, the PS4 Lego would only be $60, but the light effects wouldn't be as pretty.

I'm actually looking forward to a COD-free and Elder Scrolls free Pushsquare. Hopefully, Microsoft will buy EA and free PlayStation from the worst plagues.

Hopefully the writers and director have played at least one uncharted game in their life. If not, it'll turn out as a turd, just like assassin's creed.

At least they made this announcement before the end of the year. As long as it doesn't turn our like FFXV, with years of delay ending with an unfinished game that wasn't even good. It's a good thing to have clear communication, rather than being kept in the dark.

Here is a story to bring to life before the PS6 comes out: get some PS5 stocks in Europe (specifically France because I'm selfish)

The best part is that you won't need a credit card to unlock it completely like in Assassin's creed... Stupid Ubisoft. I guess that's the difference between a very talented studio and... Well the opposite, like Ubisoft.

I won't be buying this game until I can get my hands on a ps5, so they'll have time to improve that aspect.

I would completely miss the green light with a beauty like this and piss off everyone behind me.

Remaster: near identical game but improved in some way (lazy devs just make them HD)
Remake: same story overall but completely reworked and often more detailed
Reboot: start from scratch with a different story.

@Ultrasmiles XC a great remaster. Identical game, but improved in almost every way. I wouldn't call it a remake since nothing has changed in the story, combat system, maps or monsters. Just a lot of QoL. It's very similar to FF7 integrade or for ghost of Tsushima director's cut

Each main character must die at least twice in horrible ways for him to find it incredible.

If this means empty world and boring overly scripted boss fight like Shadow of the Colossus, this isn't for me. I still have no idea why that game received so many good reviews...

Will it be possible to buy the PS5 directly in black?

Xenoblade chronicles 2 included an entire game with the £30 season pass. It also had an entirely new combat system. I can't justify paying this much for a dlc, especially from greedy Ubisoft.

If the new film is as fun to watch as the game is fun to play, I'm all in.

This game seemed promising until platinum games stopped being involved in the development. A mobile game developer was the sole developer for the last 3 odd years, so I am really worried about its quality.

@Northern_munkey If you like narrative driven games with some horror in it (and sharp violin sounds), then you shouldn't hesitate. Especially if you already own it.

I wish you fixed your poll system and let us choose how many we want to pick. I had to randomly pick games to reach 5, so the results might not make sense.

@Enuo Sony had a PR about merging Crunchyroll and Funimation/Wakanim. So if we're getting a tier that include anime, it should be the new combined service.
