Who would want to invest money in this game's development? It's clearly a lost cause by any metrics. I doubt it can ever get a redemption story that leads to post launch success like No man's sky.

People buy controllers to play on their phones to avoid crappy controls. Why would anyone want a touchscreen to play on a console?

A 2027 release would mean cross gen PS4/5/6 games being released. What would be the point of going for a new generation if most games treat it like a "PS4 pro pro pro pro"

Having tested Android TV from both Sony and TCL, I can say the software is much more polished on the TCL.

Sony is an absolute turd when it comes to firmware and it's the only TV I've ever owned that crashed several times a day. And Sony took over a year to finally fix it.

I wouldn't buy a Sony TV because of my catastrophic experience, but I'd buy Bravia from TCL.

Yes, these are the first questions that came to mind once I saw there were no casualties.

I'm still surprised they didn't cast Pedro Pascal with the voice of Chris Pratt for Kratos.

So keep the lovable characters and make something else with similar storytelling. Just forget that awful calendar based story.

I personally split them into indie/AA/AAA based on budget or studio size. TGA should add AA and AAA categories.

Edit: and a AAAA category so Ubisoft can win something.

Little reminder to those devs/publishers who fail chasing after Fortnite success: a large majority of players prefer single player games.

That's still much less than half the battery life of my 8 year old Switch pro controller. Even my phone lasts longer when I actively use it.

Can't we just Thanos snap that so-called AI out of existence? Or any dumb technology that destroys computer component supply.

@RoomWithaMoose Vanilla or chocolate porridge can be a nice alternative to rice pudding. You can also add some fruit on top of it. Vanilla/peach or chocolate/strawberry is great.

It seems they are aiming for a day one Cyberpunk 2077 level of quality if they are aiming to spit out 3 games so quickly.

If they stick to this plan, they've learn nothing from past mistakes. A word of advice: do not pre-order!

I bought quite a few games at a really good price on Amazon last week, but my backlog is still growing way too fast.

This is the equivalent of a post launch Kickstarter.

I'd laugh if they added a progress bar with macrotransation targets to unlock new content in the game.

PS4 pro was my first playstation and PS5 will be my last. I was happy with the previous gen, but the PS5 showed Sony is going full throttle in the wrong direction. I'll either go back to PC + Nintendo, or maybe try the Gabe Cube if it's price point is good.

I hope that stupid AI mania dies before the release of the Gabe Cube, so the price isn't too steep.

That publisher's name should be Crapton. But so far they saved the Hi-fi rush IP, so wait and see if the future is made of slop.

You could also buy a usb C cable to charge your controller... Or use the one that came with the PS5. I really fail to see the point. It will probably be much more expensive than the equivalent from other brands.

Until they come up with better alternatives, I'll stick to physical. I'll only grab digital when the price is much lower than physical.

You forgot to say "Allegedly". I still don't get why they lied about the PS2 sales number. It doesn't make it any less impressive. But now they are just less believable.

I'm not paying today, so double no for me. I never understood the requirement for a subscription on consoles to do something that is free on PC.

You pay for the console, for the game, for your internet connection. Why is it required for paid games that can only be played online? They know it's wrong. This is why they give out games monthly. To try to justify the price.

I really hope they rule against Sony in this case and against Nintendo in the Palworld case.

Protecting an IP makes sense, but trying to prevent any similarity between games is really bad for video games, especially with the market going to hell like these past few years.

I'd personally like to have something closer to HZD than HFW. If the gameplay is good and the heroin isn't a complete turd, I might enjoy Light of moritam more than future Horizon games (as long as it a proper game, not a free to play)

I don't really get why people go crazy over chainsaw man. I've only watch the anime and it's good, but not great. Maybe the manga is better, or it gets better later on?
