In case you missed it, Sony announced a special, limited edition DualSense PS5 controller that celebrates the Gran Turismo series' 30th anniversary.

It's a really nice-looking controller, with go-faster stripes on the touchpad, carbon fibre-like detailing, and a bunch of racing-inspired decals.

Pre-orders for the pad begin today, 22nd October 2026, at 10am local time, meaning you can nab your controller right now in some territories.

The Gran Turismo controller will set you back $84.99/€84.99/£74.99, and it releases on 10th December.

If you want it, the pad is available via PS Direct, of course, as well as other retailers.

I'm not so keen, the decals make it look too busy, I'd have preferred something a little more subtle. Also, the touchpad stripes would have looked better in the blue and red, not black.

My local retailer only had maybe 10 of those limited edition controllers and since I don't play Gran Turismo nor do I like car games in general it was a natural decision to buy the entire stock and resell it on Ebay later.

@Czar_Khastik Make sure to replace the actual controller with a note that says "A6", making it a GT-A6 code in a box controller.

It's from the racing version decals of the Ford GT LM race car from Gran Turismo 4. I'd have been very tempted by it if it were the bayside blue Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, Calsonic R32, Mines R34, Z-tune R34 or Pennzoil R34 DualSense
