My Premium expired 5 days ago and I wasn't going to re-sub until a decent discount appeared so the timing of this is impeccable, especially with a new black edition Portal arriving next week!!

Looks like all entertainment features are blocked after all which is real shame as that would have been very handy.

@Quintumply Thanks!! I remember trying to play a purchased film via remote play on PS4 and it specifically blocked it completely. If the Portal does allow access to these apps then it's another plus in the "buy" column even although it might not be optimal.

Can you access the entertainment apps (Sky/Netflix etc) or is it remote access to games only?

Having just picked off the last of the hordes in glorious 4K/60 on PS5 this very morning this news is VERY disappointing indeed.

Really warmed to the game as it progressed originally, so much so that a rare platinum was achieved at the time.

Looks and plays fabulously on PS5 and I’d have been very keen on a sequel. Poor show!!

They are offering their own 4K streaming service via their top of the range 2021 TV’s so many be that will make it’s way to PS5...?!?

I’ve both rented and bought movies on occasion and with the current trend towards “early” watch at home launches this seems a strange move.

I was in the market for a 4K streaming device so I’ve killed 2 birds with one stone...gone completely rogue...and bought this on Stadia...getting the aforementioned streaming device (a Chromecast Ultra) and controller thrown in for free.

Could turn out to be complete and utter folly but you’ve got to try these things I suppose!!

Completely underwhelmed by last night’s presentation. No affinity with FF (insert no. here) nor anything Soul’s related.

Had Spidey been PS5 only then I’d likely have seen it through but PS4 Pro version will do nicely.

The main rub for me is the £70 price tag for new games. That’ll take some adjustment...and I already have 12 PS+ Collection too so no enticement there.

The decision to restrict Control to Ultimate Edition buyers only really yanks my chain as someone who was poised to pick up the DLC when the AWE expansion was released.

Shopto are very good...the discounts on PSN credit are also very worthwhile.

Picking up both digital deluxe editions of The Last of Us and Ghost of Tsushima for the same price as the regular digital editions due to the discounts on offer at Shopto.

I would actually take PSNow over PS+ at the moment.

I’ve never found any real issues with streaming...just completed Tomb Raider like this.

Resi 7, Moss & Beat Sabre make the PSVR a worthy purchase in itself if you ask me.

It’s the only 1 out of all the Arkham games that I didn’t finish where I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve completed Asylum across the years/platforms.

As long as it’s more akin to Arkham Asylum than Arkham Knight then count me in!!

I hit the buy button after getting half way through the launch trailer.

Not that far in to the game but goodness gracious it’s absolutely gorgeous and I’ve paused to take so many screenshots that’s it’s a veritable “Theme” generator in itself!!

So is there a 10hr trial via EA Access?
