After a quick teaser trailer yesterday confirmed that Battlefield V's next chapter of content was on its way, developer DICE has now lifted the lid on the game's trip to the Pacific. Chapter 5 brings with it two new maps at launch, two more factions in the U.S. Armed Forces and Imperial Japanese Army, and even more customisation options.
Starting this Halloween on 31st October, players will gain access to two new maps - Iwo Jima and Pacific Storm. Fan-favourite map Wake Island will also be added to the game, but it won't be ready to launch until December. To make that wait a little bit easier is a selection of new weapons such as the classic M1 Garand, the Type 99 Arisaka, and the M1919A6 machine gun. You'll also be able to find katanas and M2 flamethrowers across the battlefield unless you opt to take control of the new M4 Sherman tank.

Wake Island will be good...but please let us take off from the aircraft carriers rather than spawning already in flight!!
This looks awesome. So much better than the original launch trailer for vanilla game. I’m pumped!
Looks good, but this is the kind of content you'd have expected to release within 6 months of it's release to keep it's momentum going. Not a year later when 80% of people have moved on. I'll go it a go though
