@Can-You-Believe-Sith I'm honestly surprised Platinum Games hasn't gone bankrupt yet. Every news I hear about them it's their games arent good enough or Platinum losing their touch.

@MrPeanutbutterz Frame rate doesn't matter a whole lot to me, as long as it's a playable 30fp it's fine by me. Although I have a hard time believing anyone saying that they don't see a difference between 30 and 60.

Genuinely I just wished they changed the design of the in game UI. Just looks like something out of an alpha build.

@get2sammyb I still really don't like that "Soulslike" has become a genre. It's just made devs make games feel like a knock off of the actual souls games. I do like ones like Stellar Blade but even that game feels like it would be better without it trying to hop on the Souls trend.

@StylesT No apparently they do something to actually connect it to the game's lore.

@CallMeDuraSouka This game offers a lot of ways to progress through the game and strengthen your build, but the bosses are pretty tough and especially the later ones.

I still need to finish up Shadow of the Erdtree despite being disappointed with its exploration.

Okay lets just be fair here, while Sony hasn't raised their price of games they have raised in other parts like the PS+ subscription and the PS5 console as well.

@UltimateOtaku91 Aint that kind of restricting innovation at that point for turn based? It certainly doesn't take away from the turn based aspect from it having qtes and timing your dodges.

@Lowdefal Facts and that was my same opinion as well. I liked FF16 but I didn't like FF15 because its combat system was just not fun.

I couldn't care less about FF being turned based or not. As long as its action or turned based Im in since FF16 managed fully invested in the series.

Not every game needs a movie adaptation, especially one where it's quite literally an interactive movie with choicemaking.

@ChrisDeku Yea but the whole "Follow the environmental details to lead you somewhere" is kind of ruined since you can either clear every outpost and clear the fog or just happen to uncover a question mark without even going near it. Still love the game though and way better than what Ubisoft wishes it could more than a decade ago.

@Bamila Latter is me, I just couldn't enjoy it when I tried it out on ps plus premium. Not a fan of top down camera views and this type of turn based combat.

@RBRTMNZ I can see that being for choices and consequences. I feel that there should certainly be more flexibility in the way you can convince someone instead of "Oh you have 1 point less in perception or intellect" meaning that you aren't allowed to use that choice. Ik that there are rpgs that use an rng system.

@ShogunRok Which is SO weird because they literally stated that the patch was all about defense which was what fans wanted, but then make the opposite of that. There's not only miscommunication with the fans but also the dev team themselves.

Just from that KSI ad alone makes me avoid checking the game out altogether.

It's pretty sad about the state it's in right now. It's even got well known tekken players heavily disliking it or even taking a break from it. Imo the devs should genuinely revert the patch

@SleepyNick First time I played Hunt I got killed by someone sounding like Donald Duck and when I shot him he even said ow in his voice, one of the best moments in my gaming experience dx

Wow if only there was a feature that could make it so you couldn't hear those players anymore if you didn't like the toxicity...some sort of mute button...

It's just not a game I enjoy the look of, the art style and the character designs look ugly as hell. I'll happily stick with Hunt Showdown as my extraction shooter over this one.

Yeah I'm glad I didn't watch this DMC animation because I don't want to see my favorite characters be ruined. That and I don't want to see unnecessary politics in a series that's supposed to be Dante kicking demon ass. I

@nocdaes No I don't, I've only played the remake so I assume what you mean is that you could enter it gameplay wise?

@anoyonmus The ending is pretty controversial. I liked it imho, but I can understand why some people would not like it. I just didn't like the mini games, chadley, and the open world.

@nocdaes They never removed the secret hideout in Tifa's bar though? There was literally a cutscene that has them go to it.

I loved the first part of 7 and then disliked Rebirth, its open world annoyed me and the nonstop minigames pissed me off and I dreaded anytime I had to do one. I still enjoyed Rebirth's story and combat though.

@DennisReynolds True, that's honestly the one thing I'm getting sick of which is developers announcing a game YEARS before it's even started on. It just happened with Space Marine 3.
