Massive layoffs, price increase across the board, digital taking over, subscriptions increasing, this truly is the worst generation of gaming we've ever been in.

I really wanted to buy the collector's edition of this game like the first one, but with there being no physical edition I'm not buying it.

I've always wanted to play Diablo 4 because the main antagonist looks cool and the art style is cool as hell but I just don't like bird's eye view type games. Dont really know what it is about it.

@DennisReynolds I enjoyed both fights, but I loved Seregios. Was able to fight both tempered rank 8 and holy crap they kicked my ass

@MrPeanutbutterz No ones doubting that it is an unoptimized mess when it comes to frame rate issues but most of the whole overheating issues is just simply due to people not cleaning their Playstations. That's why it's rarely even brought up anymore.

@MrPeanutbutterz Except its not because my console has stayed completely silent ever since I cleaned out my console. Especially during Eikon fights where they would always say "OVERHEATING DETECTED."

@mariomaster96 FF16 was definitely people not properly cleaning their system. I'd know since I was one of them and I had big dust bunnies blocking the back airvents from the inside so the air just had nowhere to go. Once I had that removed I never had an overheating issue again.

After Bleach Rebirth of Souls I am never buying another anime arena fighter ever.

@Vince_Virtua The Beast is literally a seperate game. I was wanting more improvements on other features to the game, but it seems they completely gave up on it for DL The Beast and DL1.

Sounds cool, more experimental gameplay like this is awesome!

@SuperSilverback What he clearly means is making him the main character for a horror game. Like yes it will be difficult to make the game scary because he is experienced in this and especially after 6. It's a big possibility though that Leon will be playable because of 3 reasons, he brought him up out of nowhere, he states people can play in 3rd person for those who enjoy action, and 3 it's set in a nuked Raccoon city.

I love it, but also all these changes and no option to turn off the monster icon above monsters? Come on...

You really felt the need to include the detail about her being bare foot? XD Anyways I'm very excited about this game, if this turns out as good as it looks I'm very interested in seeing what other new titles Capcom cooks up!

@DonJorginho That line is so damn weird like Hideo has clearly had goofy moments in his games(Quiet, DOOMP, Psychomantis) but this one just feels so off putting in comparison.

Im glad it's not "soulslike" so it doesnt feel like Im playing a knock off version of souls games. If I wanted to play that I'd play the actual dark souls games.

Still haven't finished it, just addicted to other games at the moment. Although I'll be real, the relationship dialogue sounds so... basic compared to the rest of the game.

They gave up on dl2 pretty quick.

That doesn't take away from FF being a concept and also I never once heard FF 1 through 9 being set in the same universe, just that they have references to other games or the other being fan theories so I'm not sure I believe that.

Hopefully it's better than Callisto Protocol trying to emulate dead space

@thefourfoldroot1 Genuinely that one didnt quite interest me due to how goofy it looked. I like the goofy part of Yakuza, just not when there's too much of it. If there's a demo of it Ill a give it a try though

@Anya-chan It's really never made sense to me that turn based is what makes FF a FF game considering FF is essentially a concept and every game is in its own universe. Doesnt even make any sense to have it be numbered.

@thefourfoldroot1 Until they go back to brawler style gameplay, I'm good. I dont like LAD7 and 8's turn based gameplay and not what I came to the yakuza series for. It's also why Im still waiting for Judgment 3.

@Propaperpusher Or it's just simply not for you and that's ok. I didn't enjoy it too much on my first go, but then I did a second playthrough understanding the mechanics more and I love the gameplay now.

Nah always hated and always will, I only consider TLOU a one and done game

Just got beating RE8 a second time and playing and beating the DLC for the first time so I am prepped for this game

@illegalmonkey That is certainly a good thing about the movie, the feel and look was on point. Hope he gets the themes and philosophy right this time because he has potential

@Drago201 The "Anime" was so bad and treated Dante and Lady's character like absolute trash.

Death Stranding 2, MGS 3 Remake, Silent Hill f, Ghost of Yotei, and Lost Soul Aside. Pretty much all of the games I'm anticipated for 2025. Who knows though maybe Wuchang will get my attention.

Shocker, people are more willing to stick to a subscription that saves them from paying $60 to $80 on multiple games. Still though it's a bad telling on the future when your game is selling more through subscriptions than getting bought

I'll be sad if they don't keep the iconic camers work during the beginning when running from the dogs

Definitely playing in first person, but it does make me wonder though with the possibility of Leon being in the game because will we have his CQC moves like in RE4Re?
