I was very much interested until I noticed how much the gameplay reminds me Ubisoft or even just cause gameplay..it's not a bad thing, but it's also dated.

Could be a clever marketing trick , I mean people are talking about it, there was another game that did this and it turned out great,at least that's what my memory tells me , I can't remember what it was though 🤣

I wouldn't say I'm hotly anticipating it, but I hope it's great. There's too much out right now.

Still have no idea what this is even about. It’s like if Abandoned wasn’t Abandoned and actually released.

Once again this game just looks really forgettable. Either they're hiding the interesting gameplay or it's just a very basic open world title.

The gameplay leaks looked like an even more uninspired version of Watch Dogs so I’ll be waiting for a deep sale.

I'm interested. I like this type of game.

I'm interested but they have done a really bad job promoting this game. Like do we know if it's an open world game? Is it linear like what Mafia Old Country is going for? Is there a skill tree? I don't know any of these answers!

I get not wanting to spoil too much but this is an unknown studio. You need to sell the game a bit. Otherwise people won't get interested even if it's something they might be interested in.

It looks like it was originally conceptualized on PS3, then built on PS4 only to then be upgraded for PS5. I see elements of so many games in there, it doesn't look bad. There are just a lot of unknowns, I'll wait until it releases and see what the reviews say.

@GirlVersusGame it's a PS4 game through and through. The ragdoll tuned to 100 just makes it look janky as hell lmao

The one thing I am interested in is the user generation and the "Everywhere" system

It might be a case of "if we don't promote it too much you can't be mad if you buy it and don't like it" and they are just letting sites and fans mentioning GTA in relation to it to do all the hard work in terms of marketing and sales.

People can't be mad if it sucks and isn't anything like GTA as they aren't the ones saying it is.

This gameplay seems like clips from the larger videos we have already seen too, just quickly edited together without random cinematics in-between.

I am firmly waiting for a full review and some gameplay videos. I don't mind an average popcorn game for summer, and it may fill a gap quite nicely. But it might also just be experimental nonsense built inside "Everywhere" to showcase what can be achieved if you have actual devs, writers and actors working with it, rather than what can be achieved by little Jimmy in his bedroom when Everywhere is available to everyone.

It's my most anticipated review, because it is totally different to a regular release

The game certainly feels a bit 'off' but I'm optimistic and have pre ordered anyway.

Not too bothered if it ends up being bad but I have hope it's fun

@GirlVersusGame (I'm speculating) but it might look like that because it might just be using assets available to everyone when 'Everywhere' hits. It's both incredibly interesting, and yet still it is probably not going to be a top quality stand alone game, and it may annoy a lot of people if it isn't good on its own merits, as a regular customer/player isn't really going to care if it turns out to be a good example of what can be made in Everywhere if they don't like the actual game 😅

It might need to be reviewed as two seperate entities: one as an example of a new type of game made within another game, and two as an actual game people buy. It could be a great example of one thing, but an utterly terrible ps5 game. That's what has me most intrigued

I'm interested, but will wait for reviews. It looks like the kind of thing that will be on PS+ Essential before too long, like Robocop: Rogue City or Calisto Protocol, that sort of tier of game.

What even is it? Linear 3rd person action game? Open world game? Looks more like a tech demo then game.

I was interested until I found out it's part of a meta-world approach with plans for digital storefronts, social media integration and a live service shooter all in the pipeline.

@AgentMantis I believe all of that got canceled. Thats why this is releasing solo. This game from what I read was to appear in a meta verse called Everywhere, almost like a more realistic Roblox. It didn't work out though that's why we're seeing this release on its own.

Looks generic, other than the graphics. They haven’t done a good job of explaining what makes this game special. Considering it’s from one of the minds behind GTA, I would expect something interesting, but I’m just not seeing it.

The gun play reminds me of Killswitch from the PS2. Looks interesting. I’ll see how this one reviews then maybe I’ll grab it.

its giving big 7/10 energy but that is not a bad thing 2bh. here for single player and new IP. games are expensive they all can't look top tier

I actually really like the look of this.

I'm a big fan of 5/6/7 out of 10 games. I really enjoyed Wanted Dead and Evil West and despite the completely different setting, it's giving me those kind of vibes.

I'm getting Headhunter vibes from this, and I loved that game on the Dreamcast.

£55 for this (on Amazon) seems a bit steep, though.

But you have made me again rue the fact that, along with the crime genre, there's a lack of Spy games, also. And even less Spy RPGs 😅 (Stay weird, Obsidian)

In the case of Mindseye, it seems they are keeping it quiet because people are more likely to buy it based on the "who" rather than the "what" and when they see the "what" they will be let down.

But, saying that, they released an even worse second teaser which is just already available footage of someone driving a car around badly in a world that reacts badly with its physics (one car in the background is doing a very strange slow roly poly) and they left the footage to show that?! So it's hard to work out what the hell they are doing 🙃

They need a better marketing team, this video looks like something you accidentally record and then delete months later
