It's a sad day when the console market is like it is because competition is what's needed and from the very moment Xbox One was revealed it literally set in stone what Microsoft are now.

I'm looking for an used Xbox One to continue to play my disc 360 games Microsoft golden era that was destroyed in a matter of hours because of an underpowered next gen system. That a company had prior built up a massive gaming base to instantly wipe it with pushing for TV TV TV TV TV

All Xbox gamers wanted was a better system twice as powerful as 360 and games games games

Could you just buy the disc copy and disconnect from the net and play it still with the broken damage

I need to get myself a used Xbox One because it supposed to have great 360 emulation they are going rather cheap too at CEX. It's great that I can have that machine to play 360 games still with better emulation on a bigger TV.

As for Sony side of things I've kept my PS3 and last year got a used PS2 of course I would have wanted my entire games to play with every new console generation but Sony have always shown no interest in it they only buckle because of demand for a little bit

Very challenging game but the music for some levels was beautiful some were not, I hope they can keep that on the remasters. Wow 33 years ago it was when I first played it

It's a remaster of the remake basically Ultimate Edition that may I add doesn't work from the Xbox store on PC just loads and when you hit play gives you a black screen nothing else

I expect also PS6 will be out 2027 and it will have a special GTA6 bundle as well but with the price of consoles going up. And Pro being £700+ you can bet you maybe paying £800 for a console and game

@GirlVersusGame Uplay Connect is a cancer even on the PC it's been in beta for years and they recently changed it. Any game they move under the legacy banner now requires you to enter your password every time you hit play and I mean every time. So it calls home to prove it's you even though your signed in should Uplay not be working it work let you play because it can't dial home even if you bought it

Any Titanfall fan just wants Titanfall 3 and to continue the story of 2 with the same characters the guy who voiced BT was brilliant. I still play the campaign from time to time to this day, shame online is broken due to hackers Frontia Defence mode was my fave

It ended with BL2 for me that was pinicle FPS story game ever Handsome Jack was just a brilliant badguy especially when he would talk on the coms "Butt Stallion, Come Here Butt Stallion, (horse noise) arrrr Butt Stallion says Hello"

I've been enjoying Forza 4 on my PC got the ultimate edition steam before it got taken off for £16 brilliant optimized game

@Fiendish-Beaver My issue with DF at the moment and then the Switch 2 video which a lot of people have said was more like an advert has gotten them some stick as well.

But again I have to agree I have a base PS5 with no intention of buying a overpriced Pro they should be showing more of the Base

I came back to + basic this month to play Robocop I cancelled in January but I am a dad of 1 who's disabled I 4 work 4 times a week and so does my partner for 2 days. We have carers but we are still so tired by the weekend I don't even have time to game or energy.

I buy physical games as much as can for my consoles because I know I can go back any time when I have time. Subs to plus doesn't do me anything favours because in November December he was in hospital and I was playing for a service I wasn't using

They need to wake up and realise Xbox/Microsoft are now a full blown publisher

They patched the PC version but I don't know what they did think they upped the difficulty and added something else

@Jedihillis The extra VRAM and RAM will be helping the game on PC struggles with 8GB VRAM but runs well with more especially 16GB VRAM

@ear_wig They will probably do it along with Fallout 3 I think this is a test and taste job I reckon they will do it to New Vegas and Fallout 3

It actually has 2 game engines running the original Gamebro engine is still doing most of the original stuff but the Unreal Engine is doing all the graphical overhauls it's a wonder piece of development. The issues though like FPS drops and stuttering are from UE5 it's been awful since UE3 because of Shader Compliation it's always been an issue.

I was going to get it for PC but I'm buying Expedition 33 instead and then saving up for a new GPU

@MickOnYourFace It's because if you want the content to work with your save it then either forces you to buy it out right or sub to EA Play

It's very cool tech what they have done used the original game and engine so to speak and then used Unreal Engine 5 to do some sort of wrapper around to make it more modern then added some tweaks and QOL improvements

Nice review I'm glad it got such a great score but even if it got a 6 I still would buy it, I've been interested ever since seeing it's trailer at the Xbox showcase last year. The turn based battle system I've been craving for a game like that for years and yes I've been back to some classic but too see a new one with it for a change is great. Be getting it soon just finishing off AC Brotherhood

I'll be getting a few months time not paying £50 I'll get it on PC I'm sure it will be available to buy at CDkeys for £30 for Steam and it will have a modding community as well. I'll get it on PS5 too but when it's heavily discounted I'm curious to see how it runs with Unreal Stutter engine 5

I gave up when I got Forsaken 4 months after launch and they then released new content and I refused to buy it. It was at that point that I realised if you didn't buy it your out of the loop and I saved my money, no game should make you feel like your forced to pay for new content asap. I don't think this game let you do it at your own pace they literally raised your light level automatically, when I was playing on the occasion and at my own pace.

Got it on Ps4 for my girlfriend to play and she did play a bit of it, I started it last year on PC and to be honest I feel as if I've made no progress at all. Yes I was going around finding stuff and going for hordes nests if I think I could take it. But I'm still on the first map and your friend is ill or injured and I've been sent on wild goose chases for some people and it seems like it was going on for ages just to get your LIKE rating up with them.

Bike riding is spot on really good but it just seems to take ages so I quit

Nintendo pulled out of the POWEEEER race after the GameCube and decided that it's main thing it's software, basically they went back to the basics like Nintendo Vs Sega years.

Software sells and they've proved it via the Switch 1 especially for its main games Zelda, Mario games you can't buy 2nd hand cheap because they are not wildly available in other stores to compete. 2nd hand prices are a few quid lower than new but they have proven software sells and it's not about power, look at Microsoft bragged about power with Xbox One and XSX and they've no software to show for it, now they've gone multi platform because it's not working for them

Upscaling for a handheld is a good thing I just don't like it when it's forced on a desktop PC when hardware is capable but game optimization is rubbish

@Northern_munkey Oblivions combat was okay it was the leveing system people didn't like it

They have basically done a GTA Trilogy put it through Unreal Engine 5 and used it's AI systems to update everything. Then probably did what Grove Street Games didn't do went over it with a tooth comb (I won't say fine tooth comb because this is a Bethesda game from the Creation Engine) to check for any news bugs and issues

Its just to make the game play on modern hardware nothing more and probably above 60fps thought it's Unreal 5 or Stutter Engine as I like to call it. I'll see about it's price and reviews but if anything I'm waiting on Skyblivion I am hyped for that because the work they've done is amazing

@Porco PS6 will be in the same boat it will be held back by PS5 and Sony would have to drop the PS5 price because a few haven't even upgraded from PS4 and now with the increase they won't.

Watch SkillUps video on it, it doesn't look good at all basically they've taken the gun play of Destiny and brought back game they did years ago. Apparently after every game your gear you pick up resets

Why my PC is now my main gaming choice games are cheap thanks to cdkeys, and some times Steam directly but online is free. You can have a full potential to mods depending on the game which makes your game even better, it's very rare I have any form of crash the only game to actually give me problems was The Last of Us Part 1 and that was and still is to me a disaster of a port.

New games come down to like near £30-40 within 6 months again outside of steam but least you can buy outside of steam unlike Sony who monopolises it's store front. I enjoy my PS5 but I've been playing far more PS4 games through it that I already had before I have my brother my PS4. My subscription has ended 1st April and I won't be renewing id rather buy used PS4 games 2nd hand if I see something I wanted to play than having to subscribe to a service I don't fully use just to get a discount, when the used copy is on disc and probably still cheaper.

Putting the current state of affairs a side with tariffs I think Sony right now just want to get back as much of that loss on Live Service. I don't understand why they could increase it in countries like Brazil were wages are small and tight as it is, your out pricing it just for the wealthy they should lower it a bit in these countries.

Hopefully theyve taken out the MP achievements/trophies because 10k kills in MP is stupid
