@Dominatso ok a couple of points.

You’re out of line implying I’m a SJW, I’m not and you need to stop attacking people for having different opinions than you.

Secondly I was saying how you were coming across to me, that’s all. And I stand by that. It’s the impression I get.

Thirdly what is this ideology that I’m trying to make you roll over and join? All I said was miles morales is cannon. He is. Nothing you say can make that not so, despite you thinking for whatever messed up reason your opinion is worth more than the people who own the rights to the material.

To summarize: chill out man, it’s just a freaking comic book character.

Re: There's Been a Big Scandal About Whether PS5 Can Run Games in 4K

MarcG420

@Tharsman there are ps5 games already announced at native 4k60fps + Raytracing. GT 7, Deathloop and Quantum Error. Also nowhere did the games announce what the performance mode entailed at all; you’re injecting your bias I see all the time with your comments.

Edit: also, besides Miles Morales what game announced a performance mode for 60fps?

@PupTwilight come on bud, Sony has been schooling MS when it comes to showcasing next gen. If you don’t agree then I don’t even know what to say to you lol.
Edit: if you doubt me I would point you to the insanely one sided polls all over the place gauging the ps5 to have 80-85% of people polled more excited for the ps5. That’s huge.

As far as whether it’s in a cutscene or not, I’m not sure that even matters to be honest since many games look the same in cutscenes and gameplay, but I don’t know since it doesn’t specify.

Re: Everyone's Talking About PS5's Price Again

MarcG420

@JJ2 I know, I mostly ignore game journalism. Cerny was very clear that the devs need to do absolutely nothing for the variable clock rates to be used. This kind of stuff happens every time a new gen arrives though so I tune most of it out now for my own sanity 🤣

Re: Ghost of Tsushima Has the Most Impressive Metacritic User Score of the Console Generation

MarcG420

@JapaneseSonic I’m not really “snarky” about it per-say. I just don’t think you’re being reasonable by wanting them to keep adding new things up to the end. If they did people would complain that the enemies and bosses in the game aren’t “fleshed out” so to speak.

The game as it is was what they wanted to release. People complaining and asking for stuff all the time is part of the reason games become crappy half-finished projects because they keep trying to add things to keep people like you happy.

Re: Ghost of Tsushima Has the Most Impressive Metacritic User Score of the Console Generation

MarcG420

@JapaneseSonic “ They could have added some different enemy types or boss fights. Some new animals. Perhaps a different type of side mission or tasks. So far in Act 3 I’m just thinking ‘Ah I’m doing that again’ and there’s nothing cool left to unlock as far as i know. Perhaps the game will still surprise me...”

So you expect new enemy types, animals and/or bosses at the end of the game (you know you haven’t finished the end game bosses, right)? Really? If you expect games to introduce new things like that at the end of the game you’ll be disappointed with literally every game.

Also, I’d suggest finishing the main story.

Re: Hitman 3 VR Looks Like a Total Game Changer

MarcG420

@zimbogamer I was too, that’s why I checked and there’s no mention of the psvr support only being included with the PS5 version. I’m not sure where you’re getting the PS4 pro struggling with vr games. The ones I’ve played on my OG ps4 were all fine.

Re: Hitman 3 VR Looks Like a Total Game Changer

MarcG420

Honestly this is sounding amazing! The tease your enemies bit in particular sound like it’s going to be a blast!

Edit: the inner child in me is really hoping I can smack someone in the balls realistically after tapping on their shoulder to get their attention. God I hope the attention to detail is that deep.

This has now become my most wanted game(s), the only question is if I’m going to have the patience to wait to play the inevitably better PS5 version. Obviously the improvements will be worth waiting I’m sure.

Re: Everyone's Talking About PS5's Price Again

MarcG420

@Chimhog oh there is still much more info to come for sure!

I think what we see here is Sony and MS trying to time their information reveals for maximum “impact”. Thing is though they’re running out of time 🤣

Re: Everyone's Talking About PS5's Price Again

MarcG420

Yeah, I’m going to wait until an official announcement about the price before worrying about the sky falling. Same as the rumours of resident evil having a difficult time on ps5. The power is there for full 4k easily.

Loads of rumours have been completely false in the past.

Edit: and the person making the claim of resident evil having difficulty on ps5 has admitted it was just to shift the focus off Xbox and he has no idea if it’s even true or not. Surprise surprise.

Re: PS5 Moneyhat Speculation Rumbles On

MarcG420

@BAMozzy so in other words, you’re a contrarian which is why I see you bashing Sony all the time?

Edit: also, what’s up with needing a thousand words to get your point across all the time?

Re: PS5 Moneyhat Speculation Rumbles On

MarcG420

@BAMozzy first off, you’re assuming I don’t remember that it is two sided. Secondly, you always come across as overtly negative towards PlayStation to me. You’ve even admitted your bias against them in the past.

As far as your rant against me, I haven’t spun it to be worse from Ms at all. You do have a vivid imagination though.

Re: Godfall Is Making the Most of PS5's Unique Controller Features

MarcG420

@TheFrenchiestFry no, you misunderstood. The trigger will change in pressure required to press it (adaptive triggers). A two handed great sword will require a harder push in than a spear for example. The haptics are in reference to which type of material you’re walking on with different surfaces having different feedback (which could very well get annoying depending on how they do it).
