@swagbag713 as far as when they’ll be compatible it’s either they are or aren’t. It’s not like the Xbox one and the 360 where they had to add games for them to be compatible they either will work or won’t (or will work with bugs).

What are you trying to say with this exactly?

If you’re trying to get a list of games that won’t be compatible then you’re ***** out of luck from both Sony and Microsoft (yes, there may also be some last gen games not compatible on the Series X as well, it happens even on pc). Only time and trial and error will get you that list.

@MichaelHawj I agree, this time the world is a very different place though so they’ve got to get the price just right (which is obviously just below the Series X’s price hence the delay; I honestly don’t think we’ll see the price until after Microsoft has released their price point). @Medic_Alert the controller reveal was well known to get ahead of leaks. Unless the situation is the same with the preorders and price I highly doubt it.

There is precedence of a save transition being only one way; destiny transition between old gen to new gen and Elderscrolls online - both only moved one way with a gen upgrade. Even if you still played the previous gen versions.

@markzzbr I read and quoted from the source of the article (The press release from the company). I wasn’t arguing against the fact that for the next three months (or when either side backs out of the potential deal completely [which happens all the time btw]) Sony is locked out of the negotiations. There is, however, No deal in place. Refer to what I quoted directly from the release for proof of what I said.

I have been getting really burned out on far cry’s gameplay to be honest. I hope they’ve made some much needed changes to the formula.

I’ll still be getting it no doubt, but I’m not sure I would again if it’s more of the same old same old.

@Pain-Nagato-Sama I do, the first game does a good job of showing how emotion and selfishness can override logic and the greater good, the second game shows that violence inevitably leads to more violence and the good side is often decided by your perspective. I don’t expect all who play or experience the story to agree and that’s fine. Good art always leads to strong opinions.

This game truly is something special. The only psvr game I play regularly currently.

One thing that surprised me is how much of a sweat you work up in this game, it’s amazing for cardio (or maybe that’s just me being really out of shape).

I’ve been meaning to buy some music packs any recommendations?

On a side note I was really surprised when I finished the career mode and saw that less than 5% of people had done the same.

As to your point about one x being 6 tf that’s true but it’s of different architecture and it’s not a direct comparison as rdna 2 is more powerful.

I think many people will be buying the lower end and will be upset when the ps5 blows it out of the water not understanding it was never really meant to compete with the ps5.

@hoffa007 those are the rumours for its tf level. Who knows at the end of the day, I would expect a “barebones” type experience though which wouldn’t include raytracing.

Edit: as for your linked article in your edit I’m not buying it. I’ll believe it when I see it. With ray tracing capabilities it would need to be more expensive than they’d want to go with the budget system imo.

I much prefer Sony’s approach to games and I am totally not bothered by games being in 30fps.

It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out.

I suspect that not that many people will be too bothered by Sony’s first party titles being a locked 30fps for the likes of GoW, GOT, Spider-Man etc...

I could see Sony having performance and quality modes going forward though if enough people make a fuss.
