It’s called a conversation, you reply then I reply etc. Trying to say someone is harrasing you so you can get the last reply is disingenuous (I wouldn’t need to reply to you if you simply stopped replying to me; if you think I’m harassing you then maybe you should simply end the conversation).

As with all things reported one should exercise a little bit of common sense to determine if what you’re reading actually makes sense or not.

When the information is obviously false yet gets repeated that makes that person who is repeating said information look like they lack common sense.

@Cloud9 there are going to be just as many (or more) games playable on the PS5 at launch, don’t forget they’re talking about b/c games and the vast majority of PS4 games will work on the ps5 as sony has stated.

Xbox had picked up some momentum I feel with their posturing ahead of the event, but then completely blew it again. They barely showed any gameplay at all and that is what people were saying was wrong last time!

Learn from your mistakes people!!

@MrSec84 they have a next gen upgrade timed exclusive deal with them for Far Cry 6 so that why I think it could happen. 🤷‍♂️

@Richnj it’s not possible to pinpoint “buzz” and excitement which is sorely lacking for Xbox.
Edit: in fact the best way to get a sense of the buzz and excitement would be the media engagement levels which is much higher for Sony’s next gen machine.

@AzlanWake13 it’s not nearly as simple as going to a developer and asking them to make a game for you.

There would be so many little details to hammer out such as creative control to name but one of a great many things I’m sure I wouldn’t even consider.

Not to mention the developer needs to have the resources available to make the game without taking away from existing projects.

As for that indie developer talking smack after trolls were trolling him; it’s highly likely he’s just explaining away a shoddy port to try and make more money out of the game (which based on the course of events for that game is clearly the case; announced as series x exclusive then announced for ps5 to try and make it profitable.).

Yes, the series x has a gpu advantage on paper. There’s more to the story about potential maximums though. Bottlenecks exist in the I/O pipeline, Microsoft hasn’t implemented the same ridiculously fast custom I/O system as the PS5. We’re going to have to wait and see what the two systems and their developers produce out of the systems which at the end of the day is all that really matters. Look at what the first party developers are squeezing out of the OG PS4 with the likes of TLoU2 and GoT. Arguably some of the best looking games of the generation even on the base PS4.

As for your more games announced I don’t think you’d find that to be true, and as for the resolution/FPS comment the ps5 has some games at 30fps some games at 60fps or higher just depends on the developers priorities.

TLDR; GTFOH with your misinformation 😉

Edit: as to your needs a performance mode for 4K60fps comment; I refer you to GT7 native 4K60FPS with ray traced reflections.

Yeah, they’ve been showing the world that the true reason to get a PlayStation console is the games!

This is one of the reasons why they’ll be ahead next gen too. The other obvious reason is Microsoft has for some reason decided to try to sell their next gen console by eliminating its need completely.

Also, I’ve played and beaten them all.
