No. Stop. We're not getting Gears of War on Xbox. Stop making rumors about it. You'd might as well make a rumor that Forza and all of Halo is coming to Xbox.

We literally just had a snoozefest of a conference where Microsoft goes down on their knees and pleas to us, telling us that we're not gonna see a major title on competitor systems. If not Starfield, why Gears?

Doom is hopefully a guarantee, considering that it's a super popular multi-platform franchise, and Fight Simulator may be stretching it, but it's at least more believable that Gears of War.

That was such an awful podcast. Should have just made this a tweet or something. RIP to the people who sold their Xboxes over nothing.

Should probably add a "I didn't play it" option so people don't immediately flock to the 1/10 option.

Honestly, kinda wish that Xbox consoles would be doing better so Microsoft didn't feel the need to buy every other company when they already have plenty of dormant franchises that could be revived and be turned into incentives to buying an Xbox instead of just the usual Halo, Gears of War, Forza, and they already had plenty of talented studios prior to even the Bethesda buyout, and they could also work with smaller third-party developers.

But nah, let's buy the Candy Crush company.

I mean it look fine, but I'm not confident that this title will be as big as Square Enix is hoping it'll be.

Honestly props to the devs for adding so much additional content to this game.

Almost makes me want to get a job at IGN, and copy someone else's review of this particular game. What could possibly go wrong?

It's amazing that these three titles got a remaster, and interesting that they're gonna be on PS5, but I'm hoping that they eventually do a Sam and Max Hit the Road remaster at some point. With the Telltale remasters, I don't think that's too crazy of an idea. Then again, I am crazy.

I will say, I can understand them wanting to make Activision-Blizzard-King titles and Bethesda titles multiplatform, as well as some smaller titles. Those likely are gonna be more beneficial if they were sold across platforms rather than confining them to one.

But the mid-range to flagship Xbox Game Studios titles? I think that would a bold move for Microsoft to do, and one I kinda don't think they would do, but also one I think would spell the end for Xbox consoles for the most part.

It's one thing if Ori, Starfield, Pentiment, or Indiana Jones comes over to Nintendo and PlayStation. But Forza, Halo, Gears, or even potential system sellers like Avowed would probably be best exclusive to Xbox if Microsoft wanted to keep hardware sales or the general Xbox brand powerful.

But if not, it's a very bold move, and I'm interested in seeing how it'll play out.

As good as this is, I do worry that Xbox will leave the console race, leaving just Sony and Nintendo.

I spent like $7 on the Batman Arkham Trilogy on Steam. Way more worth it.

Hell, I'd rather buy the Switch release of the Batman Arkham games for $60. Sure, they're very flawed ports, but at least they're flawed ports of actually interesting and great games.

This is truly one of the games of all time. It released, it has gameplay, and it has graphics. It even has characters.

Been interested in this, it's on Steam already and it looks very well made and is received well. Glad that this game is on more platforms, VR could use more original RPG games.

I'm glad this is coming to PC VR as well, I'm not sure if I want to buy a whole new headset for this game, as good as it looks.

Sony really needs to step up exclusives on PSVR2, since the majority of titles on the platform are also on Quest and PC.

Anyways, this game looks sexy.

@naruball @DennisReynolds People are moreso mad at them doing this in the Arkham universe and not the actual Killing of the Justice League™, which a lot of people are nostalgic or a fan or, hence leading them to judge how they Kill the Justice League™ and how they treat these characters, which have had a story fifteen years in the making. I can understand people's anger, although I can understand your confusion.

@LifeGirl The Quest 2 and 3 have recently sold a combined 240K headsets in a month, which is nothing to scoff at. VR is still pretty niche, and the PSVR2 and not been a hit, but VR is far from done with.

I'm sorry, but I'll never personally connect with people who refuse to buy a game just because it runs at 30fps. Not saying you're wrong or anything, but from my perspective of someone who was just fine playing games at 30fps, I can't fully understand, I'm sorry.

But yeah, the vast majority of consumers won't care, and I don't understand why people think that ALL games NEED to be 60fps just because they don't like 30fps. Not every game is made for you or will be for you.

This company is just really bad when it comes to coming up with names. At this point, might as well name the company "That One Company That Published the Sexy Russian Robot Game".
