@McSavage I have several digital games already downloaded so I will just play those. I only play single player anyway. This only affects me if I want to download a game right at this moment but as I mentioned, I already have several

Why does Sony and 3rd parties release the inferior versions. I know that it is probably easier to bring over PSP or PS2 versions, but you would think that they would want the gamers to experience the best versions and not inferior ones.

They could have someone else do a remake or remaster

I ended enjoying the game more playing the Saga parts over the Alan perspective parts.

Would love a remaster/port of some games trapped on PS3 (not including streaming in this). Infamous or Resistance Collection would be nice.

@DennisReynolds I agree with you, but unfortunately, many parents are ignorant of what their kids play and probably should never had been parents in the first place. And if their kids do something wrong, it is always someone else's fault.

@ShadowRJ I participated in it, and told them I prefer digital releases over physical ones, but that I ultimately buy based on sales/prices. I also said that I don't mind key cards.

Key cards are not a big deal, but a small minority of players decided to be really vocal about it. I am a Switch 1 and PS5 owner and it doesn't bother me, when I will pick up Switch 2 later this year.

I never played these. Would it be better to wait for the remake at this point instead of playing the classic version?

The destructive environment is insane in this. I just went from somewhat interested to very interested.

I hope that this game will be able to be played by people like me who enjoy games on easy or medium difficulty. Hard as nails games are not my thing as I am almost 50 and my reflexes are not what they used to be.

Valhalla came out right after covid when everyone stayed home which explains why it sold so well. So the expectations to meet those sales are not realistic. Personally I was bored with it. I do plan on picking up Shadows in the near future.

Ghost is great, but Infamous and Sly Cooper are better.

Playing the recent Alone in the Dark game. About 2/3rds into it. Not sure why this got bad reviews. I am enjoying it so far.

We need a remastered collection of these. Many Sony classics are stuck on PS3 (and streaming them does not count).

@graymamba I agree. I really loved the game but the side activities repeated quite a bit. I did finish the game and the DLC. It felt like a 10 out of 10 game for the first half, and an 8 for second half. I do look forward to the sequel but would have loved for Sucker Punch to go back to making new Infamous and Sly Cooper games.

They actually have programmers do each leaf individually? No wonder games are expensive to make. I am all for AI for something like this.

I like the PS5, but I miss some of the old games like Jak and Daxter, Sly Cooper, and Infamous. Would love to see those come back

I blame game pass. It is great for gamers, less so for publishers. Forces publishers to make deals to bring their games to game pass. There are rare exceptions that do sell well outside of being on game pass, but more games are impacted by low sales because of it. Gamers are conditioned by game pass to buy less games.

It would be funny if everyone expected a PS5 version but it ends up being announced for Switch 2.

It would be nice to do a Switch 2 edition.

Gears of War running always made me feel dizzy and nauseous. This video brings that back. Even with that, back then I forced myself to play the game and did ultimately enjoy the game.

I have PS5 for the big screen experience and Switch for the handheld experience. Portal is great but it is streaming games that are tied to the internet connection. I will be purchasing Switch 2, so I can play games like Cyberpunk on the go.

I owned every PS console/handheld since day 1. While I enjoy my PS5, I don't feel as excited as in the past. Maybe I am older, but that magic feel is not there this console generation.

Thinking that it will have announcements of Switch 2 versions of games already announced or released. Volume 2 of Metal Gear Solid would be awesome.

Pushsquare predictions are kind of boring. Are they trying to temper my expectations for PS5? I would love a brand new Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, something unique like Shadow of Collossus, maybe another remake or remaster collection of PS classic games. I do think this is the year of Switch 2 with tons of announcements for it.

I already that Ghost of Yotei is coming, which I am excited for. I hope that this not going to be about games we already know about but that it will have announcements for new games that had not been previously announced.

15% discount for Astro Bot? That's lame. Not seeing any great deals like in past Days of Play. I love Sony, but they are getting too complacent with these lacking sales.

After just spending a significant time playing Control on PS5, I decided to tackle some of the shorter PS Plus essential games that I redeemed. Finished Concrete Genie this week which I enjoyed. Currently playing Spongebob Cosmic Shake. It is ok, not as good as the older Spongebob games. Do plan to finish it this weekend.

Ghost of Yotei and Death Stranding 2 will be big for Sony this year, but Sony should have something smaller in addition for this year. Maybe that rumored Resistance or God of War Remaster or Remake? I would love to see Sly or Jak return even in a smaller scale game.

Fallout 3 and NV are missing on PS5. Not counting streaming. Those would sell like hotcakes.

Not into card games, but I can see why some would be excited for Balatro. The other games are meh.

People will complain about prices and lack of physical games whether it is Nintendo or Sony, but at the end of day, only a small percentage will not purchase these games, majority will complain but still buy. And that is what Nintendo is counting on

The question is as to how many people actually use the mouse support

I have an account from my Xbox One, so not a big deal for the players that have devices from all three companies.

I really enjoyed the first two games. It can be difficult at times but a great experience.
