I have love lost faith in Rockstar (Take Two). Their PS2 games, all the Max Payne, Read Dead Redemption games have been classics. I enjoyed GTA 5 single player campaign, but Rockstar's push to online , terrible GTA Trilogy and RDR 1 port rollout makes me question future releases. I know that every company wants to make money and I don't begrudge them, but Rockstar has crossed over to pure greed.

I like the beep but I also like the option to mute it, when I don’t want the family to know that I am playing.

PS4 was a great console with many great games, but I think it's time to move on.

Is this really still an issue? Just move on to PS5 already.

They are finally moving on from PS4 and have not shown the full capability of PS5 games, which have been held back by PS4 versions. PS5 Pro seems too soon.

So, Sony will just have the same sale prices on same games as they have been having for the last 6 months? I still remember their fantastic flash sales that they used to have. At one point, they had a $1 Flash sale in 2015 and several $5 flash sales. Their sales were crazy back then. Nothing in last couple of years even comes close anymore.

I blame Gamespass and PS Plus. Gamers wait for games to go to these services. Developers then have no choice but to participate in these services most likely for next to nothing. It's that or this is what happens if they don't. PS Plus and Gamepass are great deals for gamers, terrible for developers and publishers.

How do the hours compare to Vita, Switch, etc? About the same? Which by the way was fine. Poorly written article without doing those comparisons.

Kind of reminds me of the Styx games, which I liked.

I think Sony was holding back because of Sony fighting with Microsoft over Activision acquisition. Sony did not want to seem like they have big games without Activision. Now that it is over, I have high expectations to see what Sony has been hiding.

I liked Origins and Black Flag a lot. I liked Syndicate because it was different than a typical AC game. Odysseus and Valhalla were both some of the best looking games , yet I was bored playing them. I love in game movies to set up the story, but the conversations between characters were plain dull in both games. Not to mention discouraging sneaking around, and basically making the bird useless. Next game needs to be different, maybe a more exciting storyline.

Didn't they say that they wanted a Trilogy. Horizon 3 is a given the way Horizon 2 ends. Love the graphics, the world, and the Aloy character. I find the conversations between the characters incredibly boring. And I want and love story driven games. All the other characters do is stare at Aloy and go into boring speeches. Uncharted, Last of Us, God of War show how it can be done with more excitement. Hope Horizon 3 fixes those interactions.

While PS Plus and game pass are fantastic deals for gamers, they are terrible for developers. Most gamers will now wait for a game to come to game pass and will purchase less games. The quality of games will decrease as Redfall has just shown. But if Microsoft starts investing in a lot of quality games, they could overtake Sony. But they also have to balance that with making a profit on game pass. I don’t see it sustainable for Microsoft to have day one games on game pass that are of high production values and quality.

I was one of the few that loved every minute of the Order and their PSP God of War games were fantastic on PSP.

Good thing Japan has strict gun laws; otherwise this could have been a different story with a worse outcome.

Great handheld, lots of great Indie games and HD collections. Awesome AAA games like Uncharted Golden Abyss were very rare on Vita, something PSP had plenty of. Exclusive AAA games like GTA would have helped to make Vita more popular. I sold the Vita and moved to Switch, which shows that AAA can still sell on handhelds. Maybe one day Sony will try again with the handheld. I would buy it.

Finally good to see Sony turn their full attention to PS5. PS4 versions of PS5 games hold PS5 back.

Almost bought Sackboy several times. Great month for me.

Not a popular opinion, but I kind of want to play the game.

This reminds of the 2 Styx games which I loved. Might give it a try.

Based on this, I don't blame Microsoft for trying to get Activision. Saying this as PS5 owner.

This was on my to buy list, so I will eventually get the PS5 version. I don’t think a $10 upgrade should be a big deal. And it is dumb to skip this game just because the sequel might only be on Xbox.

Sackboy is alright but doesn’t compare to Ratchet, Sly, and Jak which are much better characters.

I was interested in this turn based game and then heard about the card portion of it and immediately lost interest. Not interested in card based games.

Rockstar (Take Two) used to be more about great games. They can’t be be bothered to remaster old games properly for new consoles. All they are interested in is making GTA money and nothing else. Yes, it is important to make money but do smaller things like a RDR2 PS5 patch. Small things like that do matter to gamers.

They should have cancelled the PS4 version and concentrated on PS5 instead. I bet that the PS5 version won’t be pushed to it’s limits because of having to take the previous generation into consideration

Finally, no more PS4 versions. Time to see what PS5 is capable of without those PS4 limitations.

Imagine what a PS5 sequel would do with improving the hordes. I really thought that they got the motorcycle driving done really well.

Days Gone was my favorite PS4 game. I would kill for a sequel on PS5. These comments are doing opposite for those slim chances.

Is this a game that people are clamoring for NG+? I spent over 200 hours on this game over a course of 3 months. Have no desire to replay, honestly, this game was my least favorite AC game.

Timed exclusives especially less than 1 year, never made sense to me, as I have a humongous backlog. I guess that this is for “I want it now” crowd.

I never see the difference between 30 and 60 fps. Not a deal breaker for me.

Looks intriguing but there might be just a handful games that I might be interested in. Which was the very same reason why I didn't get the first PSVR. Need more AAA killer games that I would not be able to resist.

Millions of humans are killed in resident evil games, including helpless ones, no one bats an eye. One fictional dog gets killed and everyone gets upset. Shows how little people value other people's lives.

Good to see a PS5 version, but I would love a remastered Fallout 3 or New Vegas on PS5. Could be a partying gift before next Fallout entry becomes an Xbox/PC exclusive.

@UltimateOtaku91 this is the PS5 version and it is also coming to Xbox series X. Not necessarily a cash grab. I don't have a PS4 version, I might get this one.

I’m starting to think that my PS5 is a glorified PS4. Having PS4 versions of games doesn’t show what PS5 is truly capable of as they have to make games work on both. I have had every Sony console since day one. PS5 is starting to feel more more like the failed PS Vita (which I did love) at this point. Very frustrating decisions by Sony recently.

We already knew about games like God of War. Granted , it will be a fantastic game. But if you take the already known games, it came down to just a few announced games. Was hoping for a bit more.
