I had no idea there was Onee Chanbara game on PSplus.

@Matroska that's all nice and good, but in Origins and Odyssey there was an option to switch combat to face buttons and parkour to triggers. It was even possible in Valhalla, even though you had to remap everything manually. But Shadows just tells you to go fork yourself.

So many updates, and still no option to change controls. Souls are popular, so you will attack with R1 and you will like it!

The people here sure didn't like Mina the Hollower. Perhaps not deep cinematic enough.

I won't describe why I feel that FF16 sucks balls for 50th time. I'll just say that "L3+R3 to accept the truth" is even dumber than "Press F to pay respects".

I don't think there's anything reasonable behind it. Vanillaware games are prettier than any realism.

I didn't mind open world and new battle system in Yumia, I just hope there's no gloom and doom or villains this time. It's just not what Atelier is about.

Final Fantasy XVI may not be the worst game I ever played, but it's the worst game I ever finished. It's terrible. There's nothing good about it. At all.

I've been playing, and will be for a while, it seems, Genma Onimusha. (via emulator on steam deck). Who knew that definitive version of first Onimusha game was on original Xbox? Not me until my friend told me about it. I've only played 3 and 4 during PS2 days, so I decided to revisit first two games before Way of the Sword. Xbox vesion is clearly superior, it has new content, new enemies, new areas, and even new gameplay mechanics. But! The sh*t hits hard. I die. A lot. Every enemy encounter could easily slice you to ribbons. And after you die, it's back to title screen with you, like in good old days. Oh, and it also has new unkillable enemy that stalks you through the whole game. She has more health than most bosses, invincible to normal attacks, and even if you manage to defeat her, she respawns soon, have fun. Supposedly it is 6 hours game, but I've been struggling for several days already. good game, try it.

Crash 4 was brilliant, so I'm very glad and my expectations are sky high.

Wo Long had very unique global stamina system, I hope it returns for the sequel. What it really does need is better storytelling. I mean, it isn't Team Ninja strongest suit, but Wo Long was exceptionally bad. Throughout the game I had no idea who am I, why some Chinese men are helping me and others are trying to kill me.

I'm sure I will like AC8 as I liked all previous games. But I'm still salty AF that the leak about it being a sequel to Electrosphere turned out to be false.

Kinda surprising, honestly. I played No Rest for the Wicked in early access, and while it's a fun game, I certainly can't call it a looker or technical marvel.
