I would prefer new game to the remaster any day. But then again, I never was the target audience for any remasters, I don't throw away my older consoles and don't mind playing old games.
@Oram77 I'm not expecting anything good. I just see no point in new console right now. Unless you want yet another TLoU remaster with a few more hair in Joel's beard.
I enjoyed it back in the day, but I wanna have a word with the genius who programmed the whole map creator to load before each race: loading times were longer than races themselves.
Greetings, good people. I'm still deep into Hades II, almost done with 100% Kirby Forgotten Land, and got myself Raidou Remastered for Switch 2 for quite a bargain price, will start it after Kirby. Hope you all have a nice weekend.
US had a decade without games price increase, and when ut finally happened it was 10$. Meanwhile here games price goes up every single year, and brand new game costs three times more than on PS3. So excuse me, princess, for not being the best supporter of the industry and using evil gamepass and emulators.
@rusty82 I never liked Kirby much, but got forgotten land because I love 3d platformers and those are a dying breed. I was surprised how good it was, hope they won't return to 2d in future installments.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land+ Star-Crossed World (no, I didn't type it manually).
Some people enjoy gritty cinematic games about revenge and cycle of violence, some prefer colorful fun games that tell you to stuff your belly and nap for a while to be happy. Be happy and have a nice weekend.
Stellar Blade is not Sony's 1st party game, no matter how much Sony pats itself on the back for it. And yeah, the problem isn't really the unoriginal theme, but how studios pretend that theme is original, mature and groundbreaking.
@bleeflooflah the story. Tactics, like all Matsuno games, is very detailed in the beginning and rushed like there is new tomorrow in the second half and especially the ending. Triangle has very consistent and competent storytelling all the time, and doesn't bring everything to demon Lucavi in the end.
I played both original and War of the Lions, and both time's found them pretty bad. Zero desire to get the remaster. Triangle Strategy was so much better.
Unlike many (if your claim is true) I played all Yakuza games in chronological order starting from the first one, and Yakuza 3 still remains the biggest leap in the series: I can finally freely move camera! That said, I doubt I will get the remake. 3 is still perfectly playable, I'm not particularly fond of Mine, butchered content is already restored on PS4 and so far all three Kiwami games were worse than originals.
@illegalmonkey ending is not the only thing that changes on subsequent playthough. First run is actually only a part of the story, and second is more different than exactly the same game, but use the stone in five places.
@Xeno_Aura huh? I knew about Saber, but had no idea that Sony is involved, I thought KOTOR remake was announced when EA still had monopoly on SW games. Well, good to know, though I still doubt remake will ever see the light of day.
Honestly, if devs actually manage to deliver all of what they try to, this will be something absolutely incredible. I just hope that the story won't be updated once in two months and could be completed in a day.

Re: 'Even I Can't Tell the Difference': Shuhei Yoshida Thinks PS6 Needs Something Other Than Just More Power
I've been saying the same thing since PS6 announcement. Never mind generation leaps, calling it baby steps is an insult to babies.
Re: You'll Have to Be Damn Good at Ninja Gaiden 4 to Get Its Platinum Trophy on PS5
It still irks me a little that easiest difficulty was renamed Hero Mode from Ninja Dog. It says a lot about how times have changed.
Re: Former God of War Dev Says Major Studios Should Make Smaller Games to Complement the Big Ones
@Veritas7Ax they really aren't. Like a Dragon, Ys and Trails are still like that.
Re: Former God of War Dev Says Major Studios Should Make Smaller Games to Complement the Big Ones
Double-A and single-A are more than 90% of the games that I play. They are just not made in the west.
Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for October 2025?
@CrackmanNL and that is supposed to be a praise? Less than two games a month on average for the most expensive sub?
Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for October 2025?
Extra is great. Like finally, best selection this year. Premium continues to be a complete disgrace.

@Oram77 eye opening? Are you for real? Others like them so I should too?

@1970sGamer oh please. PS2 from PS1 was a huge leap. Now we yave baby steps.

How it will differ from PS5 except a few more polygons on screen?

Questioned? The answer is clear, it was a blunder of the century.

Too good to be true, SH2 doesn't belong in a pile of trash that ps plus is churning out these days.
