In a couple of months the game will become a solid 8.0 with al the patches, then i will buy it.

It's a shame...but unavoidable.

But if they let go of their monopoly position and let other game stores sell digital codes i'm fine with it.

Perfect game for the backlog until it gets a couple of patches to smooth out the visuals, performance and uneven difficulty.

Feels much smoother and more developed than part 1

@Vaako007 Definitely Final Fantasy X. That game defined my PS2 era. After that, it gets difficult.

For nostalgia, I'd go with GTA: Vice City or San Andreas. As for newer games, I'd probably say God of War Ragnarök.

Only complaints i have are the close camera and that your swords start to float when going in photo mode.

PlayStation has the confidence to show all console logo's and PC knowing you will pick the PS option.

Because of the bandwagon Ubi haters most gamers don't know you can turn off every HUD element under Settings at almost every Ubisoft game.

AC Shadows already had this feature of totaly hiding the HUD with the press of a button, but "gamers" were to busy hating the game to give it it's praise.

Star Wars Outlaws, Flintlock and Enotria are 3 enjoyable games.

I can recommend them to everyone!

@Bamila Turning off crossplay is the first thing i do in any multiplayer game. I chose PlayStation (gamers) over Xbox for a reason, i don't want to mingle.

Yeah, we are game enthusiasts here. So it hurts to see when a simple arcade racer gets so much praise. We deserve better and should set the bar higher.

@Rich33 I just finished the game on a PS5 Pro in Performance Mode with VRR enabled, and I didn’t experience any frame drops. There’s even an HFR mode that can reach 80–90 FPS.

DF already made a video about the in-game performance around two weeks ago, so you can check that out and judge for yourself.

@Quintumply Are there difficulty levels? if not, is the game challenging enough?

I don't mind the use of AI in development of games. Stop being stuck in the past and embrace it.

Ofcourse they should have enclosed it but good that they are so transparant about it.

And with all the problems on PC i rather game on PS. A fraction of the price, a fraction of the troubles. A console is made for 1 purpose: Gaming. And that it does best.

For example i already know Crimson Dessert is going to be received much better on PS without all the bugs and glitches the PC version has.

Read multiple reviews, comes out as a ''Wait for a couple of patches'' game.
But the core gameplay sounds fun, although the world sound way too big (100-150 hours)

You want to game, buy a console!

A prequel story of how she (The last Giant) and Kratos met would be interesting. We already know she met Brok and Sindri and they made the Leviathan Axe for her. With it she fought Thor in Vanaheim, so that's has the potential to be a legendary fight.

The Pro offers a much beter (locked) framerate in Performance mode and turns the Balanced mode from 40 to 60fps with unlocked framerate.

DF seemed to miss that...

Features unlocked after 1 playthrough are always sh*t. Looking at you FF7 Remake and Rebirth, putting the Hard mode behind NG+..

Hot take: i don't care for NG+ and never will.

Time is money.

If an early access gets me the option to play on my days off instead of on launch date in my busy work week i will always consider it.

Should have had a 60fps mode at launch. Than they would have had a better launch/more sales.

Going from F2P to €40 was the moment it got my curiosity.
I have never played a F2P game more than 10 hours. They all feel underdeveloped, is if they didn't have a matching budget for their vision.

And of course the awful micro transactions where F2P games life from..
