Re: Helldivers 2 Pre-Orders Are Big on PS5, PC, Currently Outselling Palworld in US

Bamila

I really liked the first game except the camera being locked to a group, it made the game really hard to play for me. I'm super happy they have shifted away for a normal third person experience, but I wonder if there is still an area that you have to follow to be around the squadron, or is it more lose now?

If someone can answer this for me , would be big thanks.

Edit. Just preirdered and 10gb left to download. Don't have passions waiting if I will get the answer to my question

Re: Rumour: A New PlayStation Handheld Console Reportedly in the Works

If it's two years away, I expect it at least have the bones to run PS4 games at pc level of details.

Apple can run re4 and death stranding. Yes , it runs them with lower than PS4 graphical fidelity, and death stranding can barely hit 20 FPS, but I see no problem why a hardware of the future couldn't do it.

Re: Until Dawn Reportedly Set to Receive New PS5, PC Versions

I don't mind these remasters or upgrades to make older PS4 games up to date with 60 FPS , but I won't be getting it. I only played it like few years ago, but I actually really enjoyed the game. Have zero value imo for me, as I am not interested in replying it, but for new purchasers it would be a good way to experience it.

Just not for a full price game... Yes, the 10 dollar upgrade for most of the cases is justified but that also is debatable on title to title basis. Imagine having to pay money on pc every time you want to bump a resolution in settings to run it smooth on a new rig...

Bloodborne remake to bring it with today's standards would meet much bigger interest.

Re: You Should Get 'Comfortable' with Not Owning Your Games, Suggests Ubisoft Exec

He is speaking truth. However, I still would like to 100% own a game that I really really like. It goes to a very small percentage of games. Like 1-2 games in 5 years, but it happens.

Other games are just one time 100% platinum and move on, never play them again. However, if I pay 80 euro for a game, I want to have access for it indefinitely, even if it's digital. They need to find away for me to have access to it.

If it's on a subscription service, then I agree.

If they will remove the game from a servers due to licensing, but I have paid for the game and not for the subscription, that it is on, I want to have access to it.

Re: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Previews Are Far from Positive

Destined to be a flop..just like avengers, [Gotham's knights] **marvels midnight sun** and anthem was. They all have striking similarities in gameplay loop that doesn't work, but devs are pushing it so hard on us.

Sony will most likely give it on ps plus at some point to try to save it. Like they have done with many other live service games, that will eventually be shut down in a year and will become useless.

Re: Could Marvel's Blade Come to PS5? Bethesda Declines to Comment

@darkswabber well, to my knowledge Sony owns movies Spiderman with like every single spider verse character 900 of them or so.

Also, since marvel and Sony keep making agreements, both make billions of dollars off Spiderman movies and MCU it's obvious that Sony has an upper hand on making such decisions wether to make Spiderman playstation only or make it multiplatform since Marvel doesn't want to lose Spiderman in its Avengers movies MCU, which would possibly happen if they went wrong terms with Sony.

And Sony will do anything to keep dominating the gaming space, the way they have done for over a decade now, so obviously insomniac owning Spiderman license for games, and it being owned by Sony, Sony owning movies license and ditching it to Marvel's via agreements, then Spiderman being number one superhero in the world for forever now and all the popularity bringing merchandise sales up that goes to Disney does have impact.

Re: Could Marvel's Blade Come to PS5? Bethesda Declines to Comment

Bamila

I am pretty sure Marvel doesn't really have a word to decide wether Spiderman will or not go to other platforms. Sony owning Spiderman rights does the role on such decisions.

Otherwise, Xbox doesn't really own any marvels superheroes, so if they are ditching out licenses there is a chance one of the caviars is to make it multiple platforms. Maybe it's just a time release for Xbox and pc first, then other platforms later.

Re: Skull and Bones Finally, Actually, Really Has a Release Date on PS5

Bamila

I found it extremely funny. The trailer was exactly what remastered black flag would look like. Lol. I am replaying black flag right now and am like 20 hours in,50% overall completion. Even the forts taking down is a straight asset rip off from black flag. This game is nothing but toned down black flag version with "better graphics", but even those if you take a good look is just black flag assets with higher textures, obviously better resolution and lightning because games will be 10 years apart.

@Jay767 Alan wake is my personal goty. I played both spider man 2 and Alan wake and I didn't enjoy spider mean near as much as Alan wake 2. Besides, these votes are chosen by people, so you could have voted for your favourites, but clearly Spiderman didn't have as strong response from players as Alan wake 2 or Baldurs.

Re: Poll: Was The Game Awards 2023 Worth Watching?

I say it was good. Felt like it was dragging out in the end tho. Also, too many games look really similar to one another. Happy to see sega remaking those classics. Happy for Alan wake 2 getting some recognition it deserves.
