Re: Mafia PS5 Was a Success, Beats Sales Expectations

This was probably my third favorite game of the year. My only real complaint is the repetitiveness of the combat. Other than that, it was pretty much exactly what I wanted and was hoping for. I’m glad to hear that it was successful financially as well. I’m very much looking forward to what’s next

Re: Just What Is Going on with Sony and Indie Dev Giant Squid?

Not that I particularly like Giant Squids games, these are the types of studios I want to see Sony invest in. I want to see more investment going towards partnerships with smaller teams, making a diverse array of games. Like it used to be. I’m still infuriated about Pixelopus being closed down and not releasing another game after Concrete Genie.

Re: Sony Is a 'Terrible Company' That's 'Blowing It in the Games Business', Says Michael Pachter

Let’s be real here. Sony is currently coasting off the success of its past and third party publishers, not what it’s actively doing themselves. They’ve had multiple studio closures, game cancellations, bad investments, poor messaging, a decline in company identity, and public perception. They’ve had absolutely terrible asset management in the form of Media Molecule, Bend, Bluepoint, Naughty Dog, & Bungie (lol). So yeah maybe they’re not in as bad shape as this guys implying, but they’re also not in as good as shape internally as they once were.

Re: Don't Expect a Helldivers 3: Arrowhead Hopes Helldivers 2 Is a 'Forever Game'

Game is currently unplayable for me. I redownloaded it the other day to see whats new but it felt like I was getting booted every single mission at least once. So I deleted it again. I had my fun when it first came out but it’s just not worth my time anymore. I will say It’s nice they’ve updated it so when you do get booted it remembers the load out you went in with, but that shouldn’t be necessary.
