Sony and Bad Robot Games have announced 4Loop, a new sci-fi co-op shooter coming "soon" to PS5 and PC.

The game is described as a tactical, four-player title "crafted for endless replayability and infinite ways to build the ultimate team".

There aren't too many details out there about the game right now, but it looks like teamwork and improvisation are key tenets of the experience.

It's worth noting that Mike Booth, the creator of Left 4 Dead, is spearheading the project, so there's definitely some pedigree here.

It looks interesting, but obviously, games like this can only really prove themselves when you play them. Fortunately, you can sign up for early playtests on the game's official website.
