Re: GTA 6 Delayed Again, Pushed Back to November 2026

Unfortunately this is becoming the norm, the constant demand for more from consumers is a joke. So yes its going too take years to develop these ***** games. Most are obsessed with openworld, 60fps, no wonder devs are Constantly under pressure. I can practically guarantee when this game does release it will still be bug ridden.

Re: At Least One Publisher Still Strongly Supports PSVR2

@invictus4000 yes unfortunately I spent £530 on this damn thing. And basically Sony couldn't give a ***** !! Let's just say i wont be buying into VR again, especially from Sony. The annoying part is the techs brilliant, let down by mostly mediocre crap. Luckily I sold it on.

Re: Former God of War Dev Says Major Studios Should Make Smaller Games to Complement the Big Ones

Unfortunately the industry & consumer demand has ***** up the industry. No dev wants to make anything that wont make em millions. AAA stuff is always the same cut & paste open world, roguelike, soulslike crap. Gamers are never satisfied anymore, the constant obsession with resolutions, frame rates is a joke. The indie scene is more interesting nowadays with less constraints. Im reading at the moment possible rumours of Deadspace 4, with the EA takeover. I doubt it will happen though because its all about money, not the gamers.

Re: 'Astro Bot Has So Much Potential': Sony Merch Boss Predicts Big Things for Platformer

Absolutely love Astrobot. Its up there with Mario. The PSVR1 game is incredible, I made the mistake of buying VR2 at launch hoping for Astrobot, then Sony practically kicked me in the nuts & made it flat. Don't get me wrong its still a fantastic game. But early adopters of the headset should of had this as a flagship title. Unfortunately I sold the VR2 on, Sony obviously dont care about the device. But more Astrobot will be welcome for sure.

Re: PS6 Still Years Away Despite Increase in Next-Gen Chatter

PS5 still hasn't shown its true potential in my opinion. Will PS6 be that much better anyway. Personally tech has hit a ceiling, things just look a little bit shinier with improved frame rates. Nothing seems that new or exciting anymore. VR seemed fresh, but Sony obviously couldn't give a ***** sbout that either.

Re: Talking Point: Is It Officially Game Over for PSVR2?

Axelay71

I sold mine on months ago, what a waste of money £530 !! Never again will I buy into VR especially from Sony. They have practically left it to die. PSVR1 had better games. The nail in the coffin for me was no Astrobot, even a remaster of rescue mission would of been helpful. But when the new game was launched with no VR support, it was a kick in the teeth. The tech is great just not enough diversity in the games. And yes I've played all the games some rave on about, but they dont justify the price tag. That's why I sold it on, lost money in the process. But by next year it will be dirt cheap with suppliers wanting to get rid.
