@naruball I get that but not everyone is going to buy psn cards. They want gamers to go digital but download prices are ridiculous. Older games like Returnal is much more to download than buying a physical copy

Why would I pay more for a download than a physical copy. Its a joke £69.99 for download, 62.99 physical. Lol to the fools who keep doing it.

Totally agree, that's something devs & gamers should get into there heads. Quality over quantity, I don't care for some bloated 70+ hour ***** fest. If a game is amazing & it lasts ten hours that's money we'll spent for me.

Microsoft is slowly killing the games industry as we know it. They could never compete against Sony & Nintendo for quality games. So there answer is to buy out everything they can to destroy the competition. Pathetic really!! They won't be happy until they have complete control. It's a pay to win attitude.

@Pkilla80 I feel exactly the same with the supposedly in depth challenge crap. Boring done to death cut & paste dross. Basically the industry has run out of ideas. But most seem happy being fed the same ***** year in year out.

Give us stuff like the old God of war games, Dantes inferno, Darksiders, Motorstorm, Wipeout, Ridge racer. When will someone break this damn cycle the industry is in. Part of me would love the industry to crash like the 80s & reboot.

6 silly score, 8 or above I think. Obviously the co-op was tacked on to keep the usual crowd happy. This is the trouble nowadays every game wants to incorporate everything and ruins it.

Happy with my original beast, if I didn't have one then I would get this new revision. Just preordered a Portal so all good 👍

Looks great. But not that interested. Its always the same old open world *****. I would of preferred a more linear experience. This industry needs to wake up and realise just because you can doesn't mean you should.

It sounds crap anyway, personally all AC games are now. But the word linear made me laugh its such a dirty word in this pathetic games industry today. Most games aren't linear enough, most games ioday don't know what they want to be. Usually a mish mash of everything and fail miserably for doing so.

And this is exactly what Sony should be investing in. Bring back Driveclub, Motorstorm.

Whoever takes over seriously needs to focus on what the PlayStation brand is all about. Hopefully someone who understands what gaming is all about. And bring back franchises that made the brand stand out. Motorstorm, Wipeout, Resistance, Killzone, Driveclub, Ridgeracer. Not all PlayStation gamers want endless indie & open world nonsense.

Hopefully this will never happen. Look what happened to Rare, Shadow of there former Self ever since Microsoft acquired them.

@__jamiie unfortunately it's always going to be a topic. Yes new tech brings more performance. But the expectations of better visuals, open world, raytracing, 4K, etc. Then impact somewhere, usually frame rate. Gamers need to lower there expectations. Let's be honest things look amazing nowadays, but some will never be happy.

Oh God here we go again the frame rate police are out. Personally if a game is locked at 30fps or 60fps I Don't really care. It's when you get constant drops can be annoying.

Personally I would like to think Nintendo would rather close its doors than sell out to these parasites. Microsoft is like a cancer in the gaming industry which needs cutting out.

The 3DS Contra is brilliant, why they haven't kept with the amazing pixel art is a big disappointment. Cant understand why Nintendo haven't ported over Contra rebirth. Along with the other rebirth games.

Have the first two games. Enjoyed them but for me the whole open world aspect completely diluted the experience for me. The games are just padded out with rinse repeat side missions. I would prefer a linear experience just concentrating on the characters & story. More Uncharted than this open world. Will probably play but not at launch. Sonic & Mario are higher on my list.

Another indie game trying to be retro, yawn!! I'll stick with actual retro stuff. Plus this Metroidvania stuff is getting as boring the endless Soulsborne crap.

@thefourfoldroot1 totally agree, Astrobot VR is absolutely amazing. Criminal it wasn't a launch title for VR2, even a remaster of the 1st would of been more than welcome. Because setting up VR1 is a big hassle.

Looked brilliant until I seen it multi player only. Lost interest straight away. If it was single player only then this could of been special. Buy as usual things get ***** up for the sake of multi player online nonsense.

It's great to hear, but let's hope for some real next gen games for next year. What's happened to all these incredible Unreal 5 games we were promised with this amazing new engine. The Matrix demo is still one of the best things I have seen. Especially the chase sequence, more of that please!!

The trouble is these idiots exist, because idiots pay the prices. I would rather go with out than be ripped off!! If no one payed the price, then they would be stuck with something they can't sell for ridiculous amounts.

You just know this game is going to tank!! The devs have lost there way with it. After all this time when it does release. I don't expect high reviews.

@gamiller1978 totally agree love rail shooters, VR is the perfect medium. Would love something like Starfox or Silpheed in VR.

@lets_do-this_1999 totally agree mate, what with the pandemic holding everything back. The PS5 definitely has more power under the hood. I did buy PSVR2 at launch still hoping for Astrobot.

Looks like Forza to much, same old formula different name. Give me a new Motorstorm or Driveclub.
