@ApostateMage I’m going to pick this up on the Switch even though it’ll cost more. I never got around to playing it on my PlayStation - with my kids being around and I’m getting too old to stay up late. So having it portable will be nice.

I liked the way out thereness of Ecco. Lots of great memories playing that game. The music, mood, feel were incredible.

I like having options for gaming, especially when it becomes so frustrating that you can’t progress far in a game that you paid a decent amount of money for. And yet there is nothing more satisfying than doing what you thought you couldn’t do and beating a tough game. For me, it was Bloodborne and getting Platinum.

Missed it, but I like the idea of PlayStation directs. I like it when Nintendo does it, so I’m excited to see PlayStation doing something similar.

Seriously though I want the option to at least download and keep it without the game being taken away. I’m worried about losing control. I don’t want to have to worry about bandwidth, outages just so I can play.

Subscription based services are getting expensive...at least for tv watching anyway. It could happen with gaming too. At first streaming was a nice way to get away from the cost of cable/dish. But now there are so many subscription based services with different content that it’ll cost a lot if you get everything. Disney, CBS access, netflex, Hulu, sling...

I’m not convinced game streaming is there yet any time soon. It would have to be flawless. I think Sony is in a a good place actually. Time will tell.
