@themcnoisy I'm convinced that it's a case of multiple copies in some instances. My nephew for instance "lost" his disc on the weekend, and ended up snagging another. The thought of losing a game fills me with dread, but considering he's only 9 I'm willing to bet a large number of young 'uns have probably been in similar circumstances.

It really doesn't bother me that much and certainly not to the point of physically being unable to play because of it, which is just weird. Both versions had their positives.

@Bad-MuthaAdebisi @kyleforrester87 mine said that, just keep pausing and unpausing the download until it speeds up. It ended up taking me 90 minutes in the end. This is a pretty good trick that works with any PSN download.

I like the game, but at points it is insanely hard. The controls feel super sensitive to me.

Hahaha, Goldfinger played in Cardiff a few months ago, in a wee club in my suburbs! They were good sports, and I'll always love them for Superman!

Fun fact, I asked for Fosters in Sydney (which doesn't come in pints, it comes as a "schooner") and nearly got punched in the face. Apparently the vast majority of Australians hate it and ship it overseas. Victoria Bitter all the way.

@Splat I'm in the minority here that enjoyed the first one more. To be honest though that's probably because it was my first ever ps3 game, so it holds a special place in my grubby heart.

Absolutely devastated. No other way to describe it. I knew he'd had surgery, but I had no idea he was this sick.

You can be as critical as you like about his decisions within the company, but he still knew how to make a fun game.

Stunned, shocked, saddened. Beyond the industry, the world has lost a great man, and the place is less fun because of it

@Gamer83 yeah, I'm not deluded into thinking Sony haven't had a fair shake at underhanded skullduggery as well, but come November I'll have heaps keeping my busy anyway. Fallout alone will more than likely be a huge time sink.

@Gamer83 I'm still sh*tty about it even now. I've got an Xbox one but I feel compelled to buy it on ps4 anyways to firstly give Microsoft the finger, and secondly because on the balance of probability it'll run slightly better on ps4....

@Gemuarto I'm kinda see what you're saying and to a point I agree with you; if my kid approached me on TTK's release date and said I want this, and I had to buy the game itself, AND the three dlc's, then yeah that's a massive investment. For me though, considering I've been buying the dlc's as and when they've been released it doesn't feel that bad. I totally agree that the dlc itself is overpriced but still, I've definitely got my money's worth out of it over the months.

@Gamer83 agreed. I prefer this to City, hands down, but Asylum is still the best.

@wittypixel just take the lid off and blast into the fan area with some compressed air. Yeah, you invalidate your warranty by fiddling, but my warranty has already expired and loud consoles irritate me. I've done it a couple of times now, and my launch PS4 is still whisper quiet.

@kyleforrester87 exactly my thoughts, when reading the article I was genuinely suprised that this discussion even took place, not because Sony are inherently close minded, but because it's even a concern at all because of public reception!

I had this on my Amiga 500+. So bloody hard, an early Psygnosis great though, purely just for the art style.

So excited for Horizon, that game looks right up my street.

This for more was the best. The music, the sound effects, the simplicity... It all worked wonders. I'm now away more excited than I should be!

I've found the service to be largely impressive, although I have lagged out if my kids have been sat hung Netflix or something. Overall though its pretty good IMO.

I thought this album was decent. It's nowhere near as good as Superstar, but it's a damn sight better than Grotesque or Eat Me Drink Me.

I signed up. I quite like the fact that they've openly stated that the kickstarter will just be funding to "level up" the final product, and not be it's primary funding.

@JesWood13 They're not as bad as you'd think, I managed to fell Gerhman on my first attempt and the Moon Beast on my second. Keep moving and you'll do it!

The best weapon I found was the saw cleaver with a waning fire rune attached. Made mince meat of him. To be honest I had a harder time with The One Reborn and that stupid vomit/acid pool attack.

@JesWood13 you sir, are correct. It's also when the moon turns orange, and therefore the best time to kill that Hunter in the clinic as she's sleeping.

@Melucine I'm in the same boat as you. I tried both Demon and Dark Souls but couldn't get on with either, this definitely feels more accessible in terms of its intricacies and mechanics. And furthermore, I've actually suprised myself with my success rate. I couldn't best a single boss on any of From Software's previous titles, but I've beaten three on here so far. That's not to say it's easy, as I've been cruelly crushed for my hubris on about 50 occasions, but its got its hooks in as I never want to quit in frustration!

This game is insanely difficult. I've got to sit down and try and master the principles more, but every time I do I always end up rage quitting.
