@MrPeanutbutterz these use playstation link which fixes the latency problem and i have more then one ps5 ( base and ps5 pro) so i can move them to my room if i want to be lazy and watch a movie in bed. which makes the portability factor a plus for me.

@mrmartinrohr why is it worrying? they are going to show it at another state of play , there are plenty more state of plays in the future , its not like this was the final one lol.

they have to save stuff for later on shows , people are expecting them to show off everything all at once, but imo i thought it was a really good show , finally showed off games that have been rumored , and we got a lot of release dates ( mostly all in September to avoid gta lol).i need to figure out when on earth im going to find time to play all those games lol. also we still have the xbox game show case which will have games also on the ps5, and of course the summer game fest which will have ps5 games.

@Beerheadgamer82 i'm just happy the ps2 game wasn't forgotten about , but i would say part 3 was one of my favorites , so hopefully it gets the remaster treatment

@Beerheadgamer82 they remastered 1 and 2 , so im guessing they'll do a remaster of part 3 , but part 4 is with their ps2 emulation

wasn't expecting psi ops and onimusha dawn of dreams , nice to see some new ps2 games added

@Oxy are they wireless and rechargeable? if not then they are not the same thing lol.

@MrPeanutbutterz because it works with pretty much anything with bluetooth , and it makes them portable , you know these things are for more then gaming right?

@cainhurst94 i would think they are for any one looking for wireless portable speakers , sony makes more then just gaming tech.

been waiting for this , i can't wait , the portability is a huge reason for me to buy this , as i could just use it on another tv and it looks pretty easy to do so.

this looks clean , and fighting games have been pretty good as of late. i'm very tempted.

@Sammy_G of course , im sure you can pretty much play any game with it.

@wilky2988 you can use it more then just gaming though , it connects to your pc as well . i like the portability factor though being able to just use it on whatever and then take it with you.

honestly i expected this to be more expensive , not sure if i need it atm i ended up buying a new 4k tv for the ps5 pro , i could use a new gaming monitor eventually though.

@toda they already reshuffled the people they kept from the studio to other studios.

as for the show , some game play for intergalatic , Corey's new game finally revealed , a new wolverine trailer , those are things i think will 100% happen , firesprites game finally revealed would be nice , a small teaser of the god of war remake would be nice, i could see a surprise thats not rumored that we didn't see coming.

people complaining they have nothing to play are missing out on great games this has been slowly an amazing year in gaming , re9 , pragmata , bond first light , and we are just about half way.

@Bluemoon2008 you can play grounded single player solo btw. its a lot of fun.

maybe ill try out warhamer but grounded is a lot of fun , even single player , but its pretty fun playing with friends as well. so if you haven't played it yet you should 100% check it out.

@Rich33 I feel like the middle ground will be kind of what they are doing with forza release on xbox / pc first , and then eventually release on ps5 , that should make every one happy they get to play the games first and ms still makes money from selling it on ps5. either that or they remove day 1 games from game pass and people have to start buying games again.

hitman style bonus target missions would be awesome in a game like this.

@Atreus97 hopefully they'll save something like a ps5 pro patch for say idk a state of play thats coming up next week

this might be crazy but maybe we should wait for the ps6 to actually be announced officially before we start worrying about it. ( and yes we all know its coming at some point).

i'm pretty early on , but it reminds me of taking tomb raider , uncharted , put it together with hitman and thats the bond game i imagine , and so far that's what it is. excited to get deeper in, also game looks amazing on the ps5 pro.

if cyberpunk can get a ps5 pro patch , i'll give that slim hope for maybe a pro patch for witcher 3 , and of course the worst kept secret dlc

@Porco their blunder was dragging their feet and when sony asked to show what they had developed in the years of working on something they had nothing to show them.

it would be interesting if they did something completely different then what they have done in the past.

@Skinny-Pete The thing is Sony has never pretended like it was going to happen , they were always up front of ps4 and ps5 not playing ps3 games. It's not like they ever gave people false hope of it actually happening.

@Robocod they ignored titles like resistance , killzone and other because they sold poorly , saros is a great example , brand new ip , new game poor sales. its hard to invest in games when people don't go out and buy them at full price. when resistance 3 came out it only sold 180k copies at launch.

so happy this series hasn't been forgotten about , a cross over fighter with dead or alive would be amazing though.

i think people over react to a lot of things on here tbh , video games have avoided raising prices for at least 20 something years , but eventually higher costs of development , and hardware was going to catch up eventually. not to mention even some good games are struggling to sell.

@Hypoman it all depends on what you have for a tv anyways , if you only have a normal 4k tv that doesn't support vrr , or 120htz then a ps5 pro isn't worth it imo.

@PuppetMaster the ps3 was way ahead of its time, sadly 3rd party devs really struggled making games for it , while the 1st party were able to work with the hardware and make impressive enough games to carry the ps3 even though the software sales weren't all that impressive. it would have been interesting what an evovled emotion chipset would have looked like many many years later on the ps5 , but it would have been harder to carry over b/c games. then again if the ps3 had went the same hardware route we could have had b/c ps3 games the same way we have ps4 games.

more wolverine is my favorite part of this , everything else is just bonus.

@Playstationdemodisc things are slighly a lot more money to run games , also the ps3 network was hacked and the ps3 online system was actually horrible.

@Justinbeebs the price hike is only for new subscribers not people that already have a subscription , kind of silly to cancel somthing you would have to pay for if you had canceled and then got a new subscription. also 12 month subs didn't go up from my understanding.

@Waluigi451 its because those games have microtransactions that make way more money then what sever would cost them.

@LifeGirl look at most of the comments they are trolls with fake out rage comments. they don't even play playstation yet they are here on a playstation site talking about how great pc gaming is.

@PuppetMaster lost soul aside was a game they helped fund but is not their ip? not 100% on what they own from it , but i heard they did a bunch of updates to fix the game up , so its not as much of a mess then when it first came out , at some point im going to try it out.

@S1ayeR74 yes but even after she said that mulitple stories came out saying xbox has no plans on stopping ps5 game development , however its more possible you won't see day of releases instead of having the ps5 copy on delay. i'll double the post since i didn't want to respond twice , but the mess Hurman had to deal with when he was promoted i think he did a decent job. every one wants him to bring back this game or that game , but the reality is games cost tons of money , with some games costing over 9 figures. its just not realistic to make certain games ( as much as we want them including me) when not enough people are going to support and buy that game at launch and full price.

asobi would be perfect for ape escape , wasn't people may fly working on a sony ip? i'm guessing that could be a shooting game , killzone or resistance would be interesting , infamous 1+2 remake with sucker punch / nixxes doing it would be cool, we've already seen uncharted rumors as well, and rachet and clank , we are getting the god of war remakes , so the infamous remakes would make sense.
