@KillerBoy after another? what was a flop before this ? i would say shadows was pretty successful?

@Splat this whole era had been messed up from the start , releasing a console during the covid lock downs wasn't easy and you can clearly tell how long the shortages of consoles went , but they still made it pretty successful , i'm sure we would have had a lot more games out if it wasn't for that. however they are working on games , i just wish they would finally reveal or say or show something on what these studios have been working on.

the way i pictured it was a mp type of experience around the different groups with in the world of last of us , so many groups we know about , know very little about , and don't even know about at all that haven't been shown yet. instead of last of us 3 though i would love to see a brand new story set in the world , or a prequel bringing back joel into the fold.

like example you get put on a map with 2 or 3 other factions , it could be 5 or 6 on each faction , and each one has a base , and you either invade other bases or defend your own base

i'm loving it so far , it separates it self from just being a run and gun type game

i'm excited to see something different from naughty dog , i can't wait to see what they've been cooking up , hopefully we'll see some game play soon.

@Corc11 its fake outrage , its been a thing forever. they just want to get into fights with people on content boards , and they are upset over nothing , and most likely won't even remember it down the road when they move onto something else. but you are right in order to purchase a digital game on the ps5 , the internet is required.

@KnightRider1982 they didn't really break any trust if anything it shows how people can be played like puppets by twitter / reddit / youtube engagement bait stories , how misinformation can take off and people will believe anything.

i mean its no different then game pass on xbox , or needing an internet connection to play xbox 360 games. but i knew this was a nothing burger , some people weren't freaking out and agreed though

its clearly going to be 70 , but they'll have multiple editions that cost more that will sell tons of copies. its pretty easy to see this game will be sold for years and years.

@Oram77 i feel like a good middle ground is having the original review , and then an updated review post patches , which shows they put in effort in listening and using that feed back to fix and improve the game vs just standing there and saying it is what it is.

@For-Kier i hear that , i'm interested in this game but i have a bunch of games to play right now , its kind of a waste if i did buy it.

@nyr2k2 while i agree , i feel like a updated review should be like " review of the update" or something along those lines.

i wanted to be a random surprise , like here is ff7rpart3 , and silent hill 1 remake , and then code veronica remake. hey one can dream right

@Oram77 @MidnightDragonDX , i blame the fact that engagement gets money now esp twitter , and then people run with it all over the place and it spreads like wild fire , i don't blame pushsquare its their job after all , and seeing the amount of comments , i'm guessing many views on this article i'm sure it worked. but people are pushing engagement hard on this.

@somnambulance honestly i've watched way too many videos on this , but im pretty sold on it , its a lot more action based then wukong , kind of like if wukong was mixed with devil may cry game play. i get what ur saying but im playin devils advocate and trying to get u to go against the other voice saying " hold off" lol.

@somnambulance i'm going to be devils advocate on this one , buy phantom blade, you won't regret it , the game looks amazing , a great mix of dark game play with devil may cry just a lot more blood sounds perfect to me.

the more i see it , the more im going to want to play it , just looks like witcher with vampires which sounds great to me.

@TDHorizon i would take that road map with a grain of salt , as nothing of that was ever actually announced or made official and could have mostly been concepts of games that may or may not be made.

i feel like it was more of a restructure in development , then issues , but it sounds like they are listening to what people are saying and taking that advice into making the game better then what it was at before. i was iffy about the random magic stuff , but the setting sounds really cool , if all these rumors are right it feels like they are going in the right direction.

@UltimateOtaku91 they also wanted a system that let you play games with out the disc but you needed an online check in not sure if every time for the game or not. i thought it was interesting , people were so against it, but then they did b/c with the xb360 that requires you to download a file online meaning if you don't have the internet then you can't play 360 games.

I feel like they’ll go back to the plan where games release xbox and pc first then ps5 a month or so after

i've seen a few places say there has been talks but its pretty highly likely that games will be coming for quite a while to other platforms, they make them too much money to ignore it.

@Kitsmith from all the reports they brought on extra people for this game , and the 3rd installment has been in development for a few years at this point. so its not really taking any resources away from anything.

@Pat_trick except its not horizon fortnite , its more like horizon monster hunter. do you think that every live service game is fortnite? is gt7 fornite? is no mans sky fortnite?

a remake of ac1 could fix all the issues that made the filler parts boring , but when you got to the main parts of the game it was great, there was too many doing the same things over and over to get to the assassinations that made it repetitive.

@Rodimusprime13 the rumored state of play was a 3rd party one , not wolverine releated.

new rumor floating around , that the next state of play is "stacked" take that with a grain of salt.

i'll have to check it out at some point i do think it looks good , with all those updates will make it sound like it will eventually be worth checking out , just too many other games for me to play till then.

i can't wait and lana del rey is perfect for bond she has that type of voice that is a perfect fit , they should have given her the song spot in the movie back then , at least this makes up for it.

@RyPal i've seen hitman style missions in some videos though were you have to sneak in places , its not all john wick type action which there are some parts like that.

the rumor was it is a 3rd party state of play which i think will happen at some point

@StitchJones i think i'll wait on saros or maybe i'll cave in at some point and buy it , just too many games atm i gotta finish up besides pragmata lol. but the new video of the ps5 pro looks amazing

@StitchJones I’ve seen 12 hrs but there is also side stuff and optional things to do that would make it a lot more then that I think the 12 hrs is just doing strait main story stuff I think 14-16 hrs sounds more right and that’s perfect imo , it will still take me forever to play and beat it lol

@Americansamurai1 as a big fan of resistance and killzone sadly no one bought those games with budgets around 200-300 million to make these games , resistance 3 barely sold 1 million copies

lets be honest , the second the next gta 6 trailer drops and the ps5 pro game play is shown off you know people are running out to get a ps5 pro.

@Kingy but this is all hypothetical as nothing is confirmed at all , and all rumors should be taken with a grain of salt.

if cyberpunk can get a ps5 pro patch i still hold on to the hope that rdr2 gets a ps5 version with pro support.

@somnambulance was there a "leak date" other then one is coming? i thought it was just one is coming was the rumor , and the extra side rumor was it was th16th but that was never confirmed.

@MrPeanutbutterz im pretty certain it also has to deal with the price of silver since silver and the prices of chip sets ( gpu and ram ) are all tied with each other.

i love these 2d beat em up style games the fact we are getting new ones in 2026 is nice , not every game needs to be ultra 4k ray tracing epic games , its nice to have these to break it up once and a while.

I’d like to see it tbh but I’m sure I’ll get it anyways , but I imagine this being more like heavenly sword then god of war and if that’s true it will be great
