I bought Shinobi and enjoyed it. I'm not into Sonic, I tried a Yakuza game and got bored with watching the cutscenes more then actually playing.

I have and enjoyed Two Point Hospital, but Two Point Museum just seemed to similar.

I bought a PS5 as soon as I could get my hands on one, I've been around since the original NES, this cycle is the longest that Sony cross supported the previous generation (PS4), to the point where it's fairly recent that they've stopped.

I understand if there is money to be paid, keep doing it. I also think it's hindered this generation of games.

As a consumer, I'm not going to rush out to spend $700 on a PS6 after seeing recent history.

@Gaia093 that was my first thought to, and if they do it'd be a bit hypocritical, the gore is similar to MK. It is the sex and nudity that I wonder if they'll censor.

For the little I used online, I got rid of it 2 years ago and haven't missed it. The few games I want to play online Lumines Arise and MK Legacy, I got on steam and they run great on my mini pc

I remember Enter the Matrix being panned, I still got it, and thought it was much more then just a cash in, I enjoyed it.

Few months ago I downloaded a fresh texture pack and played it again, while there were rose colored glasses, it still was so much fun playing as Neo.

Everyone loves Burnout Paradise and it seems regards it as the best Burnout. For me Burnout 3 is the best.

@Oram77 give me remasters of hard to play games. The PS5 can play PS4 games, I don't need Horizon, TLOU, Until Dawn, remaster games from PS3 and earlier

@get2sammyb felt the same exact way. Every 4 or so years I'll but a COD game to play for a bit, now that I know I'll probably get out with people that play 24/7 and I will have no shot? No thanks. I don't need to win every game I play, but it won't be fun either.

I think Balatro is a much better game on mobile then console.

@Jey887 that is where I am now. I realized I barely play online, so when PS Plus subscription ended, I didn't bother to renew, it's been over a year.

Games drop in price fast, game fly has good sales too even on fairly new games, I just got AC Shadows with the DLC expansion code included for $30 after shipping.

@Rich33 man, I tuned into the last event WWE had for the first time in years. I had to laugh at all the ads all over the mat and ring.

Doesn't matter what the official battery will cost, they'll be tons of aftermarket ones that will be just as good available for a lot cheaper

@Splat that's the thing though, a publicly traded company has the duty to make as much money as they can. So if with all the complaining customers saying Beavis & Butthead, American Dad don't fit, but the skins sell, make a lot of money, or the license holder pays Activision for exposure, they almost have to to do it.

$70 games is a big problem. A game has to be something that I can't live without to want to buy it when it releases. A lot of that is I have zero interest in online or multiplayer games.

I know that not only will there be fixed, update, modes added (like new game plus), more often the not a game will go on sale after a few months.

$30 for Silent Hill 2 remake
$20 for RE4
$30 Alan Wake 2

I paid $80 for 3 amazing games by just waiting a few months after each was released.

Tony Hawk 3&4 is already $35 (was $50) and it's a few weeks old. Almost crazy to buy a game when it releases.

@Dalamar That is how I played 2 & 3. I have no interest in multiplayer or online, for $10 it was worth it

So wait 6 months, get it on sale and get a better game, par for the course in gaming nowadays

This is where I think intead of new entries, release an update, charge something for it and keep the game alive.

Is this game that different then part 6? I look at Cities, a game that ended up in such a good place, and the disaster that Part 2 was, other then revenue was the game needed?

Of course I understand revenue is very important, but sometimes a company has to pivot and create new streams rather then release a sequel.

@Reeneman while I'm sure Remedy could handle it, they had nothing to do with the making of MP3 to begin with.

Could have just tossed out a 6 as the review score as soon as they tried to hype "only $50". They knew it's flaws, if they truly believed they had something special, it would have been $70, even if it was only 12 hours.

EA would probably want to monetize everything separately, but charge $30 or $40, put PvZ 1,2 (without the freemium stuff) and the Garden Warfares in one package

Frankly surprised this isn't $30 yet, been holding out as every Ubi game I buy drops like a stone.

Will support this game because it's single player! So many horror franchises just getting the crappy multiplayer DBD game, F13, Evil Dead, TCM, Killer Klowns.

I know Saber has been a big contribute to that, but they were beholden to the rights holder.

@Stragen8 Uncharted 2 online co op was the last online game I played regularly, spent hours in that mode just shooting enemies, was so much fun and lacked all the live service stuff

The game has to be a AAAA game to me to pay $70.

Especially knowing how fast these games go on sale. In the last 2 weeks, I purchased Dead Rising Remaster $27, Ghostwire Toyko $20, Warhammer 2 $39.99, and I am not going to have time to play all of those, by the time I have time Doom will be $10.

@LogicStrikesAgain there has to be a reason it's only $50. I'm guessing with them coming out, saying it's not open world, and touting the game isnt going to be a "time sink" it's going to be really short.

@MFTWrecks I think it is one of the best mobile games ever. $10, and not one single ad, not IAP, just a game. How it's supposed to be.

I played 2 and 3 way after they came out, in fact, just finished 3 about 3 months ago, only paid $10 for it and it included everything.

Enjoyed them, but they aren't must play, no interest in online or co op, so I'll play it a year or two down the road

I'm patient, I'll just wait until it's all done, and made into GOTY for $20. I just bought Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War for $10

@Oz_Who_Dat_Dare it was also $20 for a long time, I bought it for $20, I have tried to get into 3 times, but just can't, I gave it about 3 hours in each time.

Maybe I'll drop $10 and try one more time.

@MrPeanutbutterz yeah, really was reading the review saying how good it was, then just casually drops the worst thing about the GAME is the gameplay, like wth?

Still, when it's dirt cheap I'll grab it, I got patience, just bought Shadow of Mordor for $5.
