So, as promised, PlayStation gave us an entire State of Play broadcast dedicated to Borderlands 4.
The looter shooter sequel is on track to release this September, and the reaction to said broadcast seems to have been very positive.
Developer Gearbox showcased around 20 whole minutes of the title in action, breaking down gameplay mechanics, characters, and more. Plus, the game looks rather good running on PS5 Pro.
But has the State of Play swayed you on Borderlands 4? That's what we're here to find out.
We're also left wondering whether Borderlands naysayers are tempted to check it out. After all, the franchise has always been quite divisive because of its comical leanings and full-on art direction. Clear gameplay improvements could be the deciding factor.
