This has been the case with every PS+ sale since the rework and frankly I don't like it very much.

Voice acting was not a strong point here but I liked everything else very much!

@1UP-HUSKY A 40 min SoP is not particularly unusual but it is the bigger kind.

I couldn't enter a tournament on Saturday because of it but it wasn't that big of a deal. 5 days of PS+ is more than fair.

I only played the first one as I still had a gaming PC back then and the other 2 only launched on Xbox. Loved it. Would definitely play the trilogy.

This was a good trailer. The game won't be a revolution in the series but it's looking like another solid entry, which sounds good to me as a fan of the series.
Once again, I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority here, but I hope they expand on the "out of the Animus" parts of the story as well as all the "ancient aliens" stuff.

I don't use my PSVR2 a lot but I still really like it.
Sad that it's seen as a failure, there's a lot of cool games on it.

They seem to be relatively easy to get at SRP in the US, compared to UK and EU.
Which means SONY's logistics game is kinda lacking currently.
I'm still looking for one but I'm not paying 180€ for a 120€ item.

I find this hard to believe. Consoles usually sell best when they release (unless there are supply constraints) and the Switch is hugely popular - my bet would be it selling more than PS5 in 2025 even if it's on sale for 3 months less.
I'm no analyst though. We'll see.

As we know, the Horizon games both famously released when there was nothing else to play so people bought them despite not being excited about them - makes sense!

I'd only use rest mode if I was downloading something large while going out - which is rarely the case as most things download rather quick.
I imagine it's crucial for those using any kind of remote play though.

@tameshiyaku not really though, there are multiple examples of games that achieve better quality with PSSR than FSR.
Seems like it currently struggles with some specific stuff, most of all low native render resolution.

I was never much interested in FC (but mostly because the ones I tried felt off in terms of movement and gunplay, the formula itself seemed fine) and this makes me even less interested.

@PuppetMaster It passed 12 million back in May (see link below). I imagine it slowed down significantly since then but it's probably past 15 mil by now if I had to guess

I remember being a big fan of 2's script (although admittedly I don't remember a whole lot about it otherwise... mostly the ending)

I was waiting for this - not a huge racing sim enthusiast but I wanted to check out the VR mode everyone's been raving about.
Will also check out the flat modes on PS5 Pro

I do watch a lot of Twitch lately but it's because I play competitive fighting games and I watch the competitions (which there is a lot of online).
I do it while gaming (laptop screen with stream running in the background) or when I couldn't be gaming anyway (i.e. on my phone on the subway) though, so I don't think it makes me more interested in watching than playing, even if it technically is more hours (hard to tell, I don't keep stats for myself).

I wonder if this would fix my problems with the data transfer but I'll never know

I see a lot of people saying they were able to get the drive in the UK. I also known there was a point this month when you could "easily" (as long as you were actively looking for one) get one in the US.

@kcarnes9051 I don’t think that’s a thing in Europe. Also, while the supply is low, even the official retailers were selling them at inflated prices which I refuse to pay (and they still sold out within minutes every time).

I was quite enjoying Outlaws but took a forced break because... I can't buy a disc drive for my PS5 Pro :/

@get2sammyb @ATaco and you'd be limited to the games that are on PS+ with streaming enabled (which is many of them but not all). Can't just buy a new game and stream it.

I hope these hold up in 2024. They were some of my favorite games back in the day.

If this happens, I don't think there's a reality where future From games don't launch on PC day 1.
If there's any exclusivity at all, it might be the "not on Xbox" kind.

According to that DF video, it's still quite constrained by CPU in some areas, so don't expect the 60fps to be constant everywhere. Definitely runs better though.

That's what you get for making a year-long beta with battle passes, taking the game offline for another year, and then apparently making it worse for the actual release...

When I tried it gave me an error :]
Going to PS5 games and filtering by PS5 Pro enhanced worked fine though.
