@evan23 According to the Digital Foundry video I watched last night, you can just have games from the PS5 on it and they will pop up on the other console when you install it.
I can confirm later today.

I'm setting mine up rn. And by setting up I mean downloading games that weren't on the additional SSD (which I will plug in afterwards) because the data transfer over network refused to work 🤷
Not the best first impression but likely an issue not specific to the Pro.

@DonJorginho Happy to see this - while the game doesn't look or run bad for me (playing quality mode at 40fps on a 120hz TV), the use of PSSR instead of FSR is the main point for me, as the latter produces a lot of visible artifacting when things move.
Unfortunately, I'll be putting Outlaws on hold until I can buy a disc drive for the Pro :/

This was my first experience with MH and while pretty fun, I'm not yet sure if it's something that would pull me in for many hours. We'll see in March.

You seem to be comparing PS5 Pro's dimensions with the old PS5 (not slim, which is smaller) - but at the same time you say a drive is sold separately for the digital.
Also, isn't the current price €549 in EU?

@zupertramp idk about North America but in Europe you can't get them anywhere (even PS Direct, which is not available in my country anyway) other than resellers listing them at €200 or more - and it's been that way since September (shortly after the Pro announcement)

OK month, I guess - as I already beat Ghostwire (it's not bad) and Hotwheels looks fun but I don't expect to play it a whole lot.

You know what else should improve with the PS5 Pro? The availability of the disc drives.
Looks like I'll be putting some games on hold until I can find one later (I'll probably buy Alan Wake 2 digitally instead).

How about disc drives in Europe, Sony...

@KilloWertz nope, never had that. I never use rest mode either. It just went to the left-most game on the list and I just had to press X to start it.
Obviously pressing 2 buttons instead of 1 isn't a huge deal

@zupertramp I use the activity cards sometimes, although it's rarely the ones that let you access specific parts of the game directly - a common exception being the Tournaments feature in competitive games.
It's most often the cards connected to trophies, I'd say.

@Slayer25c I did customize mine to make it appear more useful... but ultimately 99% of the time it will still just be there so I have to press "->" one more time.

The welcome screen popped up for me yesterday and I'm not sure I like it... seems like all it currently does for me is make me press one more button to get to my last played game

Do we know if this has crossplay? Most people I'd be likely to play with are on PC.

I might consider paying extra for more content or some extra goodies (limited editions and such) but definitely not just to play early

I didn't see it last night in Poland, maybe it'll pop up today since other places in EU seem to be getting it.

I, for one, think this looks really good and can't wait to see... similar results in other games, hopefully.
Now that I think of it, I started a TLOU2 Remastered playthrough and only got like 70% through it, so I might as well play the rest on the Pro.

Pre-ordered the regular version but currently can't find a disc drive that isn't listed at least 50% over MSRP (some are way more than that).
Luckily there's still time.

Not that I'd be likely to buy one (I don't really need to pay extra for the Edge controller) but looks like the Pro bundle was never meant to be available here in Poland.
They did have the limited slim console, controllers and the portal (mostly sold out now)

I don't think this needed to be made. I do think $10 is fair for this kinda upgrade.
I might get it but not sure yet, don't really have the time to replay big games I already played.

Not bad at all, although I'd say it wouldn't be good enough if it wasn't for that Ghost 2 announcement!
Still, several games were interesting to me so I'm quite happy with it

@thefourfoldroot1 RE4 PSVR2 support released in December last year

30+ minutes and 20 games is quite a lot. They have to show something really cool, surely.
One announcement I'm sure will be there but am not necessarily looking forward to is the Horizon remaster.

I don't mind the next entries launching on multiple platforms but I'm not sure it would change that much.
FF16 doesn't seem to be doing huge numbers on PC now...
