@Octane there was no assumption... there aren’t consoles available in Australia until at least 2021. Just like many other comments after mine, why ramp up advertising on something you can’t pre-order, let alone buy on day one.

Maybe Sony should ramp up stock instead of advertising? Just sayin... some of us haven’t even been able to secure a pre order yet!

I get up to the bus crash and then my game crashes with a corrupted save file. I bought it on Halloween to play on Halloween and I still can’t play it days later. Not happy! It’s should be illegal to release a buggy mess like this.

Plus I have a PlayStation Pro... and it still crashes at the same point every time!

I guess this answers the question on whether RE8 will be in VR. Big fat NO! What a disappointment 👎

Was not expecting FF16, Hogwarts or God Of War! Happy to see RE8 again (although still waiting on news for PSVR support). Spider-Man looks great. The new PS+ library is awesome. And finally! A date and cost (just need AUD now). I’m blown away by the whole event!

FFVIIR definitely felt like FFXV just with different character models to me. Here’s hoping it’s rebuilt from the ground up.

I’ve just finished the campaign, but i still have no idea what I am doing in it. It was a buggy mess throughout the campaign and on multiple occasions I had to restart because of game breaking mechanics!

I’m pretty sure I can’t platinum it, mainly because I don’t know how! Do I just keep replaying the same mission 400 times to level up? How boring.
I really wish Crystal Dynamics made it in the same style as Spider-Man! Such a let down.

ALL of the above! And the announcement of Uncharted 5 launching alongside PS5... Honestly, it’s such a missed opportunity if they don’t.

Incredibly underwhelming! 30 minutes in and I still wasn’t interested in anything. They should’ve advertised that it would be a Watch Dogs Legion special! Honestly!

The one thing I enjoyed about Ubisoft events (E3) was their diversity. That was definitely lacking.

I can’t wait for it! Just wish they would stop changing Chris’s character model. They should’ve committed to RE7’s - especially due to the fact that it’s a continuation of that story.

I wasn’t too impressed with the graphics from the latest trailer, but I have it pre ordered and it’s been a while since I put on the headset. Looks promising after the review though!

Physical all the way. I rarely play my digital games (the ones I was forced to buy because there is no other option - Eg Beat Saber). I like having my library visible. I highly doubt I’d purchase any game if there is no physical release.

So did Vampyr, and there’s still no word on a sequel there... 😢

Create a multiplayer session?

Loved every second of the game! Just as I did with the RE2 remake. I haven’t played much with Resistance yet, but I’ve never been big on multiplayer games in the first place.

Whole reason why I bought the PSVR in the first place. Hope this is true, it truly is an incredible experience in VR.

I would love for Capcom to go back and remake #1 in the style of RE2 & RE3. The world need Chris Redfield in HD. Plus, they could do a lot with the mansion.

Damn! Was looking forward to it coming out a week after FFVII Remake, which is a week after RE 3 Remake... would've been a fun 3 weeks.

I’ll probably wait until it comes out on PS5 as it’ll just be a waste of money being so close.

@Eldritch i found out about the PT demo about 1 month too late, so I miss out. However I had an inkling to play FFVIII before it was available on PS4, so I found a PS1 copy very easily on eBay! In 10 years, I doubt I’d be able to get a digital copy on there too.
And again, I recognise that both of us would lose MP, which is why I reiterate my first point (again)... this is how it starts!
Also, yes a physical disc can get scratched, if you don’t care for it properly, but the amount of HDs I’ve had that stop working or have had issues for no reason is the reason I stopped forking out $$$ on them!

@cuthbert um... what? Multi-player content is a game... you PLAY the ‘multiplayer content’. So I consider it a part of the game, which has now been taken away!

My concerns lay with the fact that Sony take away games on servers that are still populated. Next it will be games that will disappear without a trace!

This is the whole reason I still only buy physical games! This is only the beginning...

I wish I could CONTROL the amount of Control stories I just scrolled through on pushsquare (see what I did there). 9 consecutive stories PLUS a review is a bit excessive don’t you think... especially with a review score of a mediocre 7...
