Re: Xbox Looker Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 Runs at a Slick 60fps on PS5

@Vaako007 not really. Both consoles offering nearly the same capabilities, with their own unique strengths and weaknesses.
For the main point is that Ms did such a crazy advertising with these 12 TF and it turned out as such a disappointment. Series is a terrible gen of consoles.
Name one game that is really shining on the series consoles. Even Sony has its issues this gen but it isn’t as far as terrible as with the series consoles.

@Sergo we will see what will happen with the pro. For sure it’s more or less a niche system. The base model will have by far the largest userbase.
AC shadows got a really nice upgrade over the base model. At the end, what is fully utilized? That’s a pretty subjective thing. Also the pro is mainly CPU limited and it won’t do any kind of magic.
Nevertheless I’m also happy with my pro console. Huge fan of GT7 so these improvements alone made it for me

We will see but honestly I don’t expect a outstanding good game due to the material we’ve seen so far.
It’s a lot of PR and marketing because of this former Rockstar producer but this alone doesn’t make a good game.
Would expect it will be somewhere around a 6/10. Might be ok in a sale and some further patches but that’s it.

@Max_the_German fully agree but the average consumer might go for all these stickers.
Just look at all those Soundbars and even Tablets with Dolby/Atmos sticker etc.
For a music fan this hurts but it in general it gives a marketing feeling for quality and it seems to work for the average customer.

@knowles2 probably that’s the case but there is still a lot of competition going on, even with a weak Xbox. I can understand not investing a ton of regular marketing money but you could at least work together with blogs and game media.
Horizon with its graphics is an absolutely showcase for consoles and even PC fans. Don’t understand to not use this to boost the Ps5 awareness even further because so many people complaining about the lack of visual stunning next gen titles.

@Beerheadgamer82 there seems to be an issue with the preload currently.
For me it worked exactly on midnight from Su/Mo (ps5 disc version)… for a friend also with the disc who tried it a day later it’s still not working. Hope they can fix this asap.
Nevertheless nothing to worry about because the dlc is „only“ around 16 gb… with a regular and good internet connection it won’t take long to download.

I think it’s really strange what Sony is doing here.
It’s an exclusive dlc for a ps5 game and an absolutely visual showcase for the system… Sony so far haven’t done anything in terms of marketing. If they don’t want to spend money for marketing, for whatever reason, they could at least invite some gaming blogs to a presentation or send out review codes earlier.

I highly believe that the dlc will be great but it’s a very strange behavior from Sony. You could think that they want to hide something because the quality of the dlc isn’t that good… but I don’t think and hope so.
