Previously teased for launch on the 26th June, Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 2.3 has been pushed back to an unconfirmed date.
"We initially hoped to put Update 2.3 in your hands on June 26. However, we'll need some more time to make sure we're happy with it," the team writes on social media.
"We're aiming for a scope similar to Update 2.2. We'll update you further as soon as we can!," the message concludes.
It's widely believed that third-party developer Virtuos is behind this incoming update, just as it was with Patch 2.2 back in December. We would assume that CD Projekt Red is just making sure that the new additions work as intended.
Patch 2.2 was a reasonably meaty release. It added the ability to change the paintjobs of your vehicles, massively expanded the existing photo mode, and incorporated a bunch of new character customisation options. Again, 2.3 should be similar with regards to scope.
