@Sanquine Are you joking? PS4 has already eclipsed Xbox several times with AAA games, and it's got many more smaller games too. How this situation could ever be bad is beyond me. Whichever you prefer you're set. Me personally I like good games and couldn't care less whether they are AAA or "indie" type as you put it. And the PS4 is the best console I could ever have in that regard.

Also we already know SSM are working on at least God of War, possibly more AAA games. This is a collaboration with a small studio and can't possibly hurt those projects.

@Mookau That's already the case. Ignore the quests asking you to do settlement related stuff and do the ones you want to do, you won't miss out on anything story wise.

It absolutely nails the Star Wars atmosphere, the sound, grpahics, sparks, gameplay, it's all perfect. I have real trouble seeing how any Star Wars fan could not love this.

@eLarkos Well Kojima and his studio did 99% of the work on this game and are getting zero credit for it. It is disgusting regardless of the ins and outs, literally the only way this could be even slightly acceptable is if Kojima requested it himself for some reason which I can't see.

I wonder if they will cut the multiplayer out completely. It was a survival mode where one player played on the screen and the other player had the gamepad and played an RTS-lite game where you spawn zombies around the place, earn upgrades and stronger monsters and try to kill the lone player. It was awesome and even my Nintendo-skeptic friend said it was "like nothing I've ever played". I don't see how it'd be possible on PS4 however unless they use the Vita which seems like more effort than Ubi would put in.

The two games couldn't be any more different, they aren't even the same genre! ZombiU is an old school horror game and horror fans will love it. There is no other game out so far this gen that does horror as well, honestly. Last of Us is my favourite game of all time but it's a survival action cinematic experience with virtually no horror at all. A very bad comparison to make.

@Bad-MuthaAdebisi They aren't producing it but they have said they are funding development. 10 mil from the kickstarter wouldn't be anywhere near enough to make a AAA game. Xbox isn't going to happen unfortunately.

@Gamer83 I dunno man imagine they stayed together this whole time. It could have been better. Mario 64, Goldeneye 007, Metal Gear Solid and Crash Bandicoot on the same console? The PS2 having all the Gamecube exclusives on it? Maybe Wii would have just been a PS3 addon like the Move, meaning Wii Sports etc had better graphics. Could have been incredible. I know it probably wouldn't have worked it that way but it's cool to think about lol.

Been playing the Beta for months and had a lot of fun with it but started to get boring trying to find the large battles all the time. The bigger population in the final game should help but I also hope they had a lot of new content too as it feels pretty limited at the moment. Excited to see what it's like though.

How this guy's predictions are still in the news I don't know. He's literally been wrong 99% of the time. For me this is confirmation they won't be out until April 2016 at the earliest.

@Cowboysfan-22 Highly doubt that would count. You bought it from the seller and it was their responsibility, not Sony's. You may be in luck if you bought it brand new from an official eBay store for example when Argos sell stuff on there however.

Destiny pulled me away from Destiny well enough. And I love large battles in Battlefield, long sniper battles and vehicle warfare so this looks better in every conceivable way to me.

Wish people would stop complaining about remasters. They don't take away from new game development. They make the publishers money that can be spent on new games. They bring great games to fans who wouldn't otherwise be able to play them. They also future proof games that would die out much sooner otherwise. For example imagine if last of us 2 comes out on ps4 and last of us remastered had never happened. People who had a ps4 but not ps3 would never have been able to get into the franchise, negatively affecting the sequels sales.

Damn...I had this at launch and played for a few weeks, don't think I've played in 2014 though not 100% sure. I'm getting the next gen version in the next few weeks so hope this doesn't happen to me. I was one of the people who had a million dollars due to the launch issues, and bought a house with it. If I now lose that house due to this issue, I think more compensation would be appropriate lmao..

@Shorykenkid I need to know about this aswell. The messaging from the App was flawless at launch, and has been getting gradually slower and slower. As of the past few weeks it's virtually unusable. I hope the app has been updated alongside this update to fix things, but I can see them forgetting about it! I can't even add people on the App any more, it seems each update since launch has made it worse lmao.

They can't be serious. How could it possibly come before series like Final Fantasy, Zelda, GTA, halo? And how is minecraft even on the list when it has only one entry lol

This announcement came at the right time for me. Just finished Mass Effect 2, was going to buy 3 on PS3 with all the DLC in the next few days.

I'll leave it now and play the whole trilogy when this comes out, probably for the same price!

@joseth418 So was mine, over 2 years ago, then since the new update it has become unverified. It's irrelevant whether you've done it before or not, that's what's weird about it.

OK, ignore my comment (first comment) it is having even worse issues now. After I finished playing last night I turned it off into rest mode and back on a few times and it worked fine. Satisfied, I went to bed leaving it in Rest mode but woke up at about 4am and the fans were going crazy, the orange light was pulsing as if it had just been turned off and the console was hot. I signed into the webstore on my phone and looked at my download Queue, nothing was downloading so it was doing this for no reason as far as I could tell. I tried to turn it on and nothing happened, even tried holding the button down to force a reset and still nothing, had to unplug in the end. Hope there's a new patch soon, I'm having to wrestle my system on and off everytime I wanna use it :/ . Have done the database rebuild fix too but made no difference.

Thanks! Mine was consistently not able to turn back on every time unless I reinstalled the update again! This seems to have fixed it completely! very strange that Sony are suddenly classing certain people's emails as unverified even though they've been verified previously, and even more absurd that this would affect the console powering on, but yes, it's worked lol!

@InsaneMikeB What PMasterTy9 said, the Expansion Pass is similar to a Season Pass which most games have available on release these days. It doesn't mean the DLC has been released.

@Belazur Surely the whole point of reading different reviews is that they offer different opinions? If all reviewers agreed with each other then they would be worthless. If P.T. (the Silent Hills teaser) wasn't a showstopper, I don't know what is. One of the best things to happen to gaming in years in my opinion, was playing it for hours last night while co ordinating with people on forums trying to figure out what did what, the atmosphere is absolutely incredible too, makes Outlast feel like a Kirby game.

Haven't got Remastered yet, a little bit skint and still have the PS3 version so can't quite justify it yet. I can't get over how beautiful this game is and how amazing some of your shots are though! Can't wait to get my hands on it!

@voodoo341 What article did you read? There is zero praise for Sony there whatsoever....and it mentions the criticisms too. This is a news article not an opinion feature so to expect them to join in on the criticisms is stupid, they are only reporting on what has happened.
