@get2sammyb Thanks for the article! I do have one question; Would you say the tracking problems are related to the lighting? For instance when the Wii came out the Wii Remote had problems and Nintendo suggested to not play in a room that had manny windows. I had this problem and once I moved to a room that wasn't surrounded by windows it solved my problem of the motion tracking.

@get2sammyb I guess why I'm scratching my head is that unlike Oculus Rift Sony is making all the components required to play yet they never caught it in R&D. Back in early September when sony announced the PS Pro every thing was about 4K and HDR yet we are weeks away from PSVR and this issue has arose. I understand that VR is new but if you want new tech to gain momentum its best if you put time into it and making sure it works and not just shipping it out and have day 1 buyers out $400.

Now that is funny. So you are saying Sony that makes all three items (PS4, 4K TV's, and PS VR) didn't have this feedback months ago?! Looks like Sony is getting a little too comfortable.

I think why people are upset is because it gives publishers more tactics to use against the consumer and put even more of a hold on gamers. Does anyone remember online passes? Well we all know how at one time you couldn't buy a game without entering a code just to play online. I can only imagine if this became implemented as a standard practice, then everyone would have a different tone.

I.E We have a MAJOR patch Day 1 and we don't want outlets to grade an unfinished product.

I thought this didn't sell well and yet they are making a remaster. Apparently they sold less then 1 mill according to Wikipedia. So I guess companies will remaster both good and bad at this point. As gamers are we so backward that we don't demand more then the half baked remasters this gen?

@Fall1313 I can't stand the XB1 install times sooo slow but if you cam afford a 1Tb hard drive I would upgrade on the PS4 even if it's not your main platform. If I where you I would get Destiny just for the gameplay now that it's been patched, don't go so long and not upgrade otherwise you are missing out on Destiny and other grate 1st and 3rd party games. Sounds like they just added story content this time unlike The Taken King where they overhauled the mechanics.

@Fall1313 I wouldn't even bother then the vanilla version. If you can't spare the space then I would just look up the story on YouTube, especially considering you will have a few plot holes without the DLC.

20 frames-per-second?!?! What is the deal? I understand they are trying to capture the golden years of platformers but come on. Why not make it for the N64 and call it a day.

Hahaha I really wish the PS3 had DVR like the PS4 I saw some amazing things playing battlefield over the years.

Sony is just being cheap. If MS can put one into a falling system then surely Sony can afford to considering all the cash it's made them in 3 years.

On one hand I'm going to miss them releasing a new DLC every few months but I gotta say Fallout 4 did not live up to my expectations like 3 and New Vegas. Fallout just seemed like an empty shell of its former self.

I'm not going to get the slim or Pro. For a minor boost in performance, no 4K video player, and the price for what you get it's just not worth it. Atleast with the NX it's going to be a whole new system. Face it Sony should've updated the CPU and GPU and the $400 price point would've been acceptable but once again Sony is starting to get greedy and take shortcuts just like the PS3 era.

Have they given a release date yet? I don't think I have seen one…

maybe the slim, but not the PS4K. I'm betting November and maybe it will be bundled with the PSVR when they announce it Wednesday.

@LeeHarveyOzgod I'm shocked I've plays games like Fallout 4, Payday 2, Battlefield 4, Watchdogs, and others that crash more the NMS. Payday 2 alone has crashed 50+ times and that hasn't been patched unlike NMS that's getting a patch next week to fix it.

While I believe Sony should offer refunds on broken games (AC Unity comes to mind) they shouldn't offer them no questions asked. The best way too go about it would be using the DVR future and submit a claim that way. The whole thing with no mans sky wanting a refund for a game that arrived mostly working (most games are a lot worse on launch and go un-patched for weeks) is just pathetic.

Now because people expected the universe from No Mans Sky, expectations fell short and now people are blaming Sony for not giving them a refund. What happened to doing research before spending money?

I'm not boycotting it, I'm saying that their should be oppositions like one for online, and another for online access and free games every month. For me I hardly download the games because they don't offer the games I desire but I do play online almost daily. So boycotting it is foolish to say for most if not all people since rarely games only come with a single player.

If the price does bother people then go with Nintendo or PC.

I think it's time they add 2 oppositions one for just online access at a discounted price and the other option is too have it contain online access and games. This would work well for both sides.

In fairness the only reason why I have plus is because online and cloud storage. At this point the free games are just rewards, kinda like a credit card.

Fallout 4 as a hole isn't what I imagined especially the DLC. Shame since I loved Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Maybe next time.

I haven't even played the 1st one even tho I have had it since release on ps4. And once I beet that I'll look up the synopsis online for this one. And people say used car salesman are bad, look at game developers. The thing sold so poorly it was released within months on PC and now they are just doing the same now that the exclusively is expired.

This week will be the last leg of Pay Day 2, I'm at IV-95 and want to get to 30+ which wont be too bad. And of course play some games on my 3DS, man the back log is huge on that bad boy.

This game looks vary fun but i'll wait until the retail release in September. Is there anything like it on PS4? I am looking for a good side-scroller while I wait.

No I didn't think it will. It's like saying you and your neighbor both are building new hoses at the same time and one saying "I like that design lets scrap plans and copy them". lets be realistic Sony isn't going to flush years of development down the drain and release PS5 next year or even the year after.

Wow you can't even save? What is going on with game developers lately. It almost feels like it's the Atari generation.

Has any game that's got a lot of press and hype every went above of what it actually is. For example GTA online, for months everyone was saying how amazing it was going to be and then it got delayed and basically fell off the face of the earth same with uncharted hype hype hype now no one talks about it being amazing.

Does anyone even want to play even if its F2P? Now it's going to Pay to win. I don't see this developer releasing anymore games on systems, just IOS and Android.

My local Best Buy still has loads of these. And now with this news it looks like they will have to pay people to take them now.
