Realistically in the past 10+ years, how many AAA games have released without a day one patch? The only thing nowadays is how big the day 1 patch is.

It's funny. One of the top snipers with 309 kills in WW II was a woman.

On one hand I'd like to buy it because games like Cruis'n USA are few and far between, but at $20 I'll wait for a flash sale. I have it on my iPad and while fun, the price for upgraded visuals and local multiplayer doesn't make it appealing :/

I've grown tired of the industry the last 1-2 years. Maybe it's because I grew up in the 90's and have heard it all or I'm older and could care less or a little bit of both, either way in the end it's the consumer who loses out.

The next 6 months will be interesting. With the switch coming out in march that will give a good indication if we need to start evaluating a new console in 2018.

I'm just happy developers see money to be made on Platformers as it is my favorite genre. I would say Rare Reply made me buy a Xbox One...

@get2sammyb Thanks for the article. I hate looking into what is the best TV of the year. I price computers systems etc throughout the year but I absolutely hate pricing TV's. I do have a question on 4K sets does the size difference matter when going bigger or smaller? I have heard that on the curved TV's you need 65' + in order for you to notice a difference. Is that true?

Looks like I'll buy in early December and play for a month and a half just like Fallout 4, perfect for those winter nights.

Looks like its official, most of the gifts this year will be light boxes with pieces of paper saying "This item is Pre-Orderd at ___ with an estimated release of 2017" Ha ha ha ha.

@rjejr I would say they are going to do a Greatest Hits and something on the front of the box that says "PS Pro Supported" or something along those lines. At this rate Sony is like Nintendo, leaving details out until the vary end right before release.

@get2sammyb Wow I'm shocked! Any idea on what stage of development they are in? I'm also surprised that we haven't seen or heard anything new with the Crash remaster.

I'm not afraid to admit Knack was a good game that needs a sequel to fully take advantage of it's potential. Maybe this is a sign that Sony hasn't given up on the series, if Respawn can turn Titanfall around (Look at the scores so far) then certainly a power house like Sony can.

Thanks for the clarification but hostly it doesn't bother me if I don't have a review day 1. If you have a review day one good if not it doesn't matter, over the years i have bought games that where absolutely DOA and now I hardly buy day 1 because of it. I would rather have a review a week late then a week early if it means you properly test and cover everything available. Unlike some sites that throw a review together in a days time and say something along the lines of "Too much.."

@Wazeddie22 I think you can just hit the options on the download screen, if that doesn't work you can pause the DL.
