Yes, please!! I absolutely loved this game on PS3, but never wanted to play it again because of the feelings. But a remake could be just the right opportunity to revisit it

I've played the demo and this game apparently checks all the boxes I expect from a JRPG. Nice visuals, excellent soundtrack, challenging gameplay. It was already on my Wishlist before, but knowing it's going to be free to play (for Plus users), it can't come soon enough!

I only have one question... Will we, PS5 users, ever be able to purchase this game (the remake) on the Playstation Store? Because as far as I can tell, it was bundled with Miles Morales Ultimate Edition. Would be nice to have the option to buy iy separately

My guess is a 'first look' at GTA V running on new-gen hardware. And maybe that new Uncharted game since the secret studio has been working on it for quite some time. And with the movie coming, and Tom Holland confirmed for the presentation would be the perfect timing for the new game announcement

I'm not so sure about the visual style, too. But I'm all in for beat-'em-ups!! One of my favorite genres since I started gaming in the 90's.

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade here, but I'm Brazilian and after reading the original statement, I believe the correct translation should be that "Release windows (...) may be revealed..."

@get2sammyb Can you say anything about the trophies? Are a lot of them story-related, challenges, etc? I know they leaked a while ago, but since I'm avoiding spoilers, I'm staying away for now. Was hoping you could shed some "spoiler-free" light on the subject

@PS4fan I think it's at least plausible. It's the only Uncharted game not available on the PS4, Bluepoint has worked on the original trilogy's remaster and the fans have been asking for a console remaster/remake of Golden Abyss since the launch of the Vita version

That's a very good idea! And great job on the gifs too! I'd like to add Tomb Raider and Resident Evil(the eariler, PS1 era). Remeber how the characters seemed to "walk" when you wanted to turn left/right? Tank controls FTW!!

I can't argue against the importance of Shenmue I & II when they originally released on the Dreamcast. But will a simple HD port make the games justice at this point? I mean, they were great games back then, but have they aged well enough? The genre has evolved so much since then. But I'm part of that "niche" audience and would buy the remasters day one, anyway.

Wow! That's an impressive lineup, in my opinion. I've alrealdy got the Platinum trophy for Metal Gear V, but I'm happy for everyone who gets a chance to play it. It has its flaws, but it's an awesome game. Also, Kojima is coming to Brazil in 2 weeks for the Brazil Game Show, if I get him to sign my copy of Phantom Pain I'll be the happiest gaymer on Earth!

Pushsquare has been my main source of game news for years now, so I reckon I can speak my mind here. Please don't get me wrong but I'm starting to feel a little bit annoyed by the way you guys are treating FFXV's post-launch support here at PS. Some developers release broken games and no one blinks an eye. Squenix drops patches and free stuff every other week and everyone loses their minds... I'm not saying FFXV is perfect, but I think Square's post-launch support is at least a good exemple to be followed by other companies.

I've been trying to keep my expectations under control... But it's getting harder as the launch approaches and SE keeps showing how much work and dedication seems to have gone into the making of this game. I'm not expecting a masterpiece, but if the game ends up being good enough to bring back the fascination I've felt for the series since FF7... Then I'd be really really really happy!! Fingers crossed

Well, I wasn't paying so much attention to this game, anyway... But I always look forward to games where I can play couch-coop, since me and my boyfriend are running out of things to play together

I wasn't going to buy anything this time around, but end up with Metro Redux and Saints Row for the PS4 because the price was so low for two great games... And Parasite Eve and Xenogears for the Vita. What can I do, I love me some old school games on the handheld

Signing the petition right now. But I can't give up hope that this whole Konami vs Kojima thing is just a huge marketing hoax. I just can't see a Metal Gear Solid without Kojima's geniousness involved. And Silent Hill... well, there's no much where the franchise can go now if they throw this idea out in the garbage... One can dream... right??

For me, that's the best piece of news of the week!! As a completionist, I've been going crazy the past weeks with this mini game. Even asked a friend who got the trophy to help me when the Share Play feature come around. Now I guess it's time to give it another try!

That's great news! After reading Sammy's article about Vita's 64Gb memory stick I decided to import one (it seems my 16Gb is not enough for my portable gaming needs anymore lol). Since then I've been wondering if there were some kind of apps/games limitation. Besides, any updates with more than "Improved system stability" is always welcome!

I still haven't played it on my PS3 yet (I'm currently running through my backlog and I'm leaving TLOU and Beyond for last), but I understand that many people who migrate from Xbox to PS4 this gen should have the opportunity to play the best game of the year.
But I also think that Sony's been advertising the hell of PSNow using this game, and the ability to play it natively on a PS4 with better graphics could ruin their strategy for the service.

I don't know, I may be wrong, but I think we are going to see specific World Cup content being added to next-gen via TONS of DLC...
