An iconic piece of Final Fantasy history, Final Fantasy X's opening cutscene still sends shivers up the spines of many, over a decade after its initial release. As the memorable To Zanarkand tune twinkles along in the background, main character Tidus gets up and walks away from a campfire, while the rest of the party continue to sit around. He looks off into the distant ruins, and begins to narrate his tale.
If you want to preserve this fond memory, then you're in luck, as Square Enix has released a PlayStation 4 theme based on the fan favourite scene - and yes, it's much better than the Blitzball one. By moving to the top row of icons, you'll see Tidus gazing out into the distance, while moving to the bottom row shows the gang gathered around the campfire. It's dynamic, too, so there are little hints of movement which bring the whole thing to life, along with the aforementioned brilliant backing track.
The theme costs £1.69, and if you're not too sure about emptying your pockets, take a peek at the video showcase that we've embedded below. Honestly, we reckon that it's easily one of the best backdrops available on the PS4.

Is it also available on the US Store? If it is, I'll be downloading it as soon as I arrive home today! =)
I like it - but I think all the beeping gets annoying in this context.
Oh, my, God. Excuse me..
Nope, not there. Not on the PS4 store or via the website here online.
Playstation, please try and be a bit more accurate in your reporting.
Can't seem to find it in the Canadian PS4 store. :/ I am saddened. I would just sit and listen to the music for long periods of time.
If you search for Final Fantasy X on psn you can find the theme that way.
