Re: Rumour: 'Most' of Highguard's Dev Team Laid Off Just Two Weeks After Live Service Shooter's Launch

Horizon sent out that survey today. Seems strange so fast after that terrible trailer. Highguard never had a chance. Horizon has no chance either. Sony will never learn until they fire Herman. People are losing their jobs because they aren't allowed to make the games people want to buy and play. Brain dead management is mandating these garbage games. I hope they find work with a real studio that wants to make great games.

I played this for around 2 hours today. It's just bad. It''s generic and doesn't do anything very well. It's basically just a lazy game made by a developer that isn't good enough to make a real game. I gave it a chance but it deserves the negative reviews not just because of the game award fiasco. People are tired of these garbage copycats. It's time to create new things like they did in the past. The classics are classics because they only cared about making a good game. No agendas or metrics.

It doesn't matter at this point. It will get destroyed on launch. People are tired of games like this and the only way to fight back is to kill it. It looked generic and lazy. It got more attention from the game awards then it ever would normally. Maybe developers should try making a good game and stop being lazy and following trends.

Any other developer would have been shut down years ago but Bioware still around. They have failed miserably since the end of Mass Effect 3. They have no future and I actually hope we don't get another ME. I don't want to see it ruined completely. DA fate was bad enough

Re: Divinity Dev's Comments on Generative AI Trigger a Total Social Media Sh*tstorm

Sven has always been a loudmouth. The chip on his shoulder grew with Balurs Gate 3 and now he thinks he is untouchable. It makes all his comments about the industry pointless since he is just as bad. If you need AI to generate for you then you aren't smart enough to make games. I own every game they made but I guess I will save some money since I won't support them anymore.

Refuse to support them since they are in bed with Epic. I will never buy a game that is locked to Epic pc even if it's on the consoles. At least Steam doesn't care where you release your game and I don't care that Epic gave them money. Console exclusivity is always bad and Tim brought it to PC.
