Well this is a annoying, I literally finished the game two days ago...

The game that keeps on giving! No ideas as to what this will be, but stoked regardless.

All i want is Pro support.

It’s gotta be a native PS5 version of Red Dead Redemption 2.

Yeah let‘s have all huge expectations while it ends up as a teaser for a random anime series in the cyberpunk universe or something other non-gaming-related thing

I've seen more people talk about people having high expectations than people having high expectations.

At most, a new questline, nothing massive, but a fun addition

Possible - some fixes, NG+ and/or third person

Most likely - some new weapons, a new car paint job and some new merch.

@Lavishturtle Nah the game wouldn't work in 3rd person, they much designed nearly everything to be a full 1st person experience.

Give us NG+ FFS! Why are they so adamant on players having to go through everything again, just to enjoy it? I'd love to do another play through on it, but levelling street cred AND general level was an absolute drag

@Oram77 because some people just don't get on with first person mode. It's called options. You don't have to use it but why exclude people who want this? It would have sold even more copies if it had 3rd person from the off.

This one of those games that I really ought to like but both times I've tried playing it something just hasn't clicked. I thought first time around it was the first person view but since then ive played both KCD games and they're two of my favourite games ever made. And I love just 'existing' in a well realised and detailed open world and on most levels Cyberpunk seems to do that really well. But something doesn't work for me. I have quite enjoyed the few hours ive played but it never got to that point where it really draws you in and bam! you're addicted. Just one of those things I suppose. Even with KCD1 which has a very...challenging?...first few hours I was able to overlook all it's many idiosyncrasies because it had something about it.

@darylb24 yup! It’s going to need a lot of love since they are using the Toyota corolla game engine that is the UE5. So within the next decade gives them enough time to have it optimized for PS6.

I expect this just an announcement for new NUSA merch and maybe a Myers statue to go with the Songbird and Reed statues they already sell (sold?) in their store. (screw Myers and the FIA)

If it's a patch then PLEASE be an upscalling update to FSR3.1 for consoles. Enough with FSR2 & the godawful ghosting with motion-blur off.

@CaptainWow I think it's fact the NPCs and the lack of activities outside the side quests/main story make the world feel kinda hollow. In other words it never really feels like a true open world game unlike say Skyrim, Fallout etc. I liked it for what is it but it's certainly not the second coming many made it out to be even after it was fixed. And that's coming from someone who played it 3 times including the original dire PS4 version!

Why is Steam being referenced as the source of information for how many people are still playing? Steam data does not include PSN numbers.

Well maybe if they got right to the point instead of being intentionally cryptic and teasing, there wouldn't be need for speculations.

What a surprise … The Cyberpunk COPIUM is starting to peak now that the Silksong COPIUM is finally subsiding, eh?

Cyberpunk would've greatly benefitted from a conversation system similar to Deus Ex Human Revolution, Mass Effect, etc, that allows you to actually see your V talking and what they look like, instead of just your hands gesticulating. I'd love to see this added in a future update but I doubt it'll ever happen.

@pyrrhic_victory I thought that it would be like this after the first gameplay vid had them in. I was a tad gutted when I was playing the game and no cutscenes appeared. Still love it though.

@ApostateMage Seriously! One of the first gameplay videos showed V walking in her apartment in third person before transitioning to first person. But yeah, ultimately the game ended up being great on PS5.

Only thing fun is to play 1.0 version of the game, so many fun bugs.

@Propaperpusher I was super late to this game and it was great. I feel sorry for people who were early adopters of it. As I cannot imagine playing it four or five years ago with how it is now. As now is what was promised at launch more or less. But you will enjoy when you play it in the future.

Cyberpunk is one of those rare RPGs which I've never felt motivated to play through more than once. The game felt a little too streamlined. It was fun for the first time, but I can't stomach going for an additional run.
