@NinjaNicky medics don’t revive, tanks which can’t stay stationary when in need of repair, condor pilots who can’t fly but do anyway, vehicle drivers who drive off without letting others jump in, pilots who fly planes directly into capture points thinking they’re flying in to the twin towers, that one person who always mentions camping or the team being noobs, those who don’t know how to redeploy in HZ and are only one still alive……
….and my current gripe “no one defending the tunnel in Redacted”. I do love this game though despite its many many flaws. On every day playing it Nicky, if you see me in game do say hello
@Fiendish-Beaver I foolishly stuck to only mastering one section of each characters skill set so by the time I got to the tower level I didn’t have certain powers for each character to make the boss battles easier. Had to spend a few hours going through the sewers and getting each character level’s up to lvl 50. The hardest bosses in that tower were the two robots at the beginning. Infuriatingly strong
If it’s voted for by people within the industry it will be BG3. If the public vote then you know the cult will have TOTK over the finish line in record time.
I don’t think my internet would be fast enough. It’s the copper wire kind and the router can’t go any further than metres from the phone line which then has to send a wireless signal, from the kitchen, up two floors to my room and then would have to no doubt come back to wherever the Portal unit is situated. If it’s guaranteed to work for me with that setup I would consider getting one this Christmas but I doubt it will. Be nice to play games on a handheld again like the good ol days of Vita with Spelunky, Everybody’s Golf etc
I would have liked to be buying it in a few weeks time because now I have to talk myself out of buying the digital version for a few more months potentially.
Slow and steady, it’s been a console to consolidate its success in a generation that only seems to offer better reflections at the cost of performance.
Two more play throughs of Dead Space Remastered needed this weekend for platinum 170. Rest of the weekend will be Battlefield 2042 playing. Got the house improvements I needed doing all paid off and ready to be installed so next weekend I will hopefully playing Alan Wake 2 and Kiryu’s latest adventure.
@LiamCroft this Slim nonsense reminds me of the time Alex Jones announced Brain Force slimming tablets and the before and after of Jones and his hanging gut were near identical.
Just paid a large clump of the PSVR2 off, bought the mother a new carpet for her front room, paid for a joiner to fit an interior door and now have no cash for a few weeks. So no, old Jim isn’t getting £70 out of my debit card any time soon . I’m stuck with Battlefield 2042 and trying to be the best that I can be
I reckon the next Doom game is going to be a first party exclusive like Starfield. The excuses Phil will be giving out for a game that has always been available to any platform that wants it is going to be quite the show.
@PixelDragon you can hardly say they’re a group of rich middle class kids when the majority of the ones who have been sitting on roads for the past year are over the age of 50.
I’ve been playing They Are Billions again to get all the maps as a save got corrupted and I recall enjoying the larger map and the one in winter. It’s the kind of game that is so challenging in a way that you have to be thinking two steps ahead of each attack. I always seem to switch off and end up watching a squad of men mowing down zombies when I should be building up the population, army, defences etc.
Other than that I will be playing Battlefield 2042 for the rest of the weekend having just finished watching Resident Evil Death Island. The new map is brilliant, a positive shot in the games arm compared to the previous maps that have been right stinkers in all honesty.
The thought that in the future I will be potentially facing having to wait months for a new games price to drop via the PSN sales and not having the cheaper options like Amazon, ShopTo etc around sickens me. They can moan all they like about how expensive games are to make but when you take away the options for consumers to be able to shop around for cheaper purchases you’re going to face resistance from us all.
@LiamOliver I feel you brother, I retired my sweet Boca Juniors coloured Renault Clio V6 on a grassy verge and called time on Sport. Never got the chance to get punted off the track by Momoz
Here ends the chapter where Epic bought all the exclusives for its PC store angering Steam users who had no choice but to signup to another store front. Then going after Apple for what they believe was an unfair 70/30 revenue split which ended with their most popular game no longer being on one of the biggest mobile platforms in the world. They never once criticised Microsoft or Sony for having similar revenue splits, it was only evil Apple.
Even the shareholders of Facebook are questioning to DataZuck why he’s still prepared to lose more money on it when very few seem interested . His response was that he wasn’t sure it would be a success. At least it’s corporations losing money and not us. Enjoy the crash and burn they’re all going to take
Best dlc I have bought in a long time. Cheap price considering how much I was expecting it would be. There was more story fleshed out about Ada and her actions during Leon’s campaign and what she did after Sadler is killed. It also pretty much confirms to me that we’re going to get RE5 as the next remake as there was quite a sizeable amount of Wesker involved.
