Subscription service EA Play is on a bit of a hot streak at the moment as it's been confirmed Monster Hunter-esque title Wild Hearts will soon be available to active members, just a few weeks after PS5 remake Dead Space arrived. The game from Koei Tecmo will join EA Play next week on Thursday, 9th November 2023. For a complete list of All EA Play Games on PS5, PS4, click the link.
Released earlier this year for PS5, Wild Hearts is Koei Tecmo's take on the Monster Hunter formula, while differentiating itself enough to stand on its own two feet. In our Wild Hearts PS5 review, we awarded the title an 8/10 and said: "Wild Hearts is, at times, an utterly thrilling game. It's a game that will leave you kicking yourself for a poorly timed dodge or a missed opportunity, and jumping out of your chair when you finally topple a troublesome foe with a last-ditch, go-for-broke attack."

At last, I look forward to diving back into this.
Wasn't the best of games or even a great monster hunter like in the few hours I played the trial but it was good fun with the jump pad and all.
GamePass scooped it before Essential, no surprise 🤷♂️

@LazyLombax Gamepass ultimate includes EA play subscription.
Two games being added in quick succession and extras in WRC. EA are def making the subscription worth it this year.
Between Dead Space and this, next time there's a 1€ offer for a month of EA Play it's going to be worth it.
@LazyLombax yeah, who cares that game is launched on EA Play not gamepass. Its small detail that Ultimate Gamepass provides access to EA Play. But it is nice and easy to complain using things out of context.
Bought a month of EA play for Dead space remake so might try this out also.

@Shigurui Having EA Play & having GamePass aren’t the same thing. @Nexozi mentioned you have to have ‘Ultimate’ for EA Play so it’s not just a given.
Well hopefully EA Play can breathe some new life into Wild Hearts. Afterall it's a genuinely good Monster Hunter clone and a shame that it got burried between the likes of Hogwarts Legacy and RE4 remake. This game is absolutely in need of a sequel!
